House non sale
Had my house for sale from May 2024 to July 2025. A few viewings early on, but then absolutely nothing. Hugely inflated house price to get business, but £50k above realistic price. Avoid.

Put in an offer. Received call from Fiona saying it had been accepted. I asked so is this defo going ahead then. She answered yes. Then proceeded to hassle me to get solicitor instructed ASAP to get ball rolling etc. Even suggested some. I accepted a suggestion and was then hassled into paying property search fees of nearly 400 pound. As soon as I did Fiona rang saying they've received a better offer. Can't get a refund wasted nearly 400 pound. Lesson learned stay away from ddm
