Awesome store!! They follow trends and have quality male under wears which any guy would like, delivery is cool and also very fast to respond to tickets. I recommend.

As with most of these reviews, I placed an order with DealByEthan and they didn't have stock.

I waited two weeks after placing my order, with no response or shipping confirmation. After I emailed them, they gave the same "inventory error" excuse as other people here (it seems to be a standard response). Then told me that they only have two of the four items I ordered.

Even after they supposedly shipped half of the order, there is no shipping confirmation, no tracking number. Despite the fact that I paid for shipping.

It's a scam. They don't stock anything. They're simply shipping directly from the manufacturer. That's why they don't keep track of stock - they can't if they don't have any.

NEVER buy from them.

Ordered an item back in November 2017 which after an 8 week wait was told was no longer in stock due to: "an inventory error". Selected an alternative item and no reply. Their system seems to have no problems taking money however!!

Buy your items DIRECT from the manufacturer and avoid this company.

I have now ordered several items through Dealbyethan and I am always impressed with the service I have received.

I also think that their prices are really competitive with other online retailers. When I have ordered items to be sent directly to me, my purchase has always turned up either on the expected delivery date or before.

Extremely happy customer and will be using again in the future!

This site is a scam. They are simply a middleman. If you see a brand you like, just search it online and you can buy it directly from the manufacturer at a lower price. The manufacturer will also ship it faster than these guys.

I have used this site several times in the past year and have found some great deals here on undergarments and accessories. I know my brands and prices, which is a must if you are shopping online, so am astounded every time I jump on their site and see some of the great deals on some great brand name stuff. That being said, the times that I have purchased from them, payment and ordering have been seamless and delivery has been as promised. My items were as described and pictured on the website. No issues whatsoever.

I am a really happy customer at DealByEthan and have been so for quite some time now. Deliveries are on time, the customer care is on the spot and I just have never had any bad experiences with this nice site. I will always and forever come shopping here because i simply know...these people deliver quality without excuses. Thanks so much!

i bought several items, none were in stock even though they took my money

Little confusing at first but I got everything I needed and at a great price too!! Happy customer here.

I wont buy from this store again.I recently purchased a mens fragrance ,guerlain vetiver extreme.I noticed right away that nobody made any comment and i cant actually get any fragrance, so its most likely very old stock.

After a few good experiences, really not satisfied the last few orders. Got shipped the wrong item, got too little credit for shipping it back than 3 out of 4 items are out of stock, but they take forever to notify you and shipping takes weeks and weeks. When offered a store credit i declined and had them credit the money to my account as i will not buy from them again. Just use them as a reference and buy direct or elsewhere.

This is awesome online shop, with wide range of products, great prices and super fast shipping! They make the best men's clothing and underwear I have come across and I will be purchasing more of their designs. Thank you very much!

Well organized, amazing selection, incredible service, and great prices. I don't know how it took me this long to go in. Definitely know where I'll be shopping for high-end pieces at affordable prices, from here on out.

Understandably, some are concerned with purchasing items online, but with incredible customer support from transaction all the way to delivery---dealbyethan.com is the way to shop! I cannot say enough about not only their selection of over 350 brands, but how easy they've made it for me to find what I need for an unbeatable price. They remove the need to do comparison shopping. I can meet all of my needs from their site with the satisfaction that I'm going to be taken care of well. I wholly recommend this site for all of your menswear needs. I simply cannot imagine making a purchase without this resource.

DealByEthan has some of the most amazing products. My girlfriend shops for me there very often as she is attracted to some of the sexy styles. I must say it definitely adds spice in the bedroom. I would highly recommend DealByEthan and all of their products.

I had a problem with my order. Their customer service is terrible. No one ever is online with the chat service nor does anyone ever answer the phone (and I tried all hours between morning and late night). It has been three days since I emailed them. Very frustrating. Sure, they have lots of items available but I don't think it is worth the headache.

Marriage is a wonderful thing (nine days out of ten). It does require a little boost. I buy my husband some of this wild underwear every now and then. At first, he declined to wear any of it. Then I bought a his and hers set and told him, I'll wear mine if you wear yours. It took him all of 3 minutes to put his on. I would say more friends, but I don't do pornographic writing. I will say, it was one good night.:)

I placed an order for 4 different items (different colors of the same item, 3 of each - 12 total) and was suspicious because they seemed to have all of these when other sites only had certain colors and or sizes. But not dealbyethan.com. No, they have all the colors and sizes you could possibly want - so why shop anywhere else, right?

No - that's just how they get you to close your browser on those other sites and give them your money.

Then - after they have your money - they actually check to see if they've got what you ordered, fulfill whatever part they happen to have, and come back with, "Oooops! Our bad! We've got so many gosh darn things for sell, we don't know which ones are coming or going? How about you pick out some other crap you don't want instead?"

It's a scam. They didn't have a single item I'd ordered. I'm sure that - by dumb luck - they manage to fulfill at least *some* of *most* of orders placed by their suckers - I mean *customers*.

But if you've got a choice between dealbyethan.com and some other site, even if - and especially - if it seems that dealbyethan.com has more variety than anyone else...go with the other site. Most sites these days - trustworthy ones, anyway - go to the trouble of keeping track of their inventory. I know it's a hassle, dealbyethan.com - but strangely, customers really rather appreciate it.
