They charge me just to put my card on…
They charge me just to put my card on file through PayPal. Didn't know I was purchasing $39 fee. they don't tell you that you have to pay for your bids, it will cost you more for the bid pack, and got nothing in return
I tried to get a refund on it and never did get get ahold of nobody, so I used it to test a bid and didn't win nothing, so I lost $39 and didn't get nothing, a real auction, you pay for what you win.

The ads on TV are very deceiving
The ads on TV are very deceiving. Keeps giving you back your original bids if you don’t win, which is great but it’s extremely difficult to win anything great and it can get very very expensive. Once you finally win something you have to pay for it so you’re paying twice. The TV commercials should be more informative.
IF an average Apple Watch sells for $125 in Deal Dash dollars that’s 12,500 bids that consumers have paid an average of $0.14US per bid for so Deal Dash received $1,750 + $125 = $1,875 for a $450 watch. Not a bad deal for them but sucks for you. Even if only 25% of the bids were yours you paid $469US for the watch. That assumes you got it on the first try which you probably won’t. The buy now option is there, but the prices are very high.
I have nothing against a business making money but as stated, from my perspective, their commercials are not very transparent and the info on the site is not clear. I know you can get things for a low bid, but I would say that’s the exception rather than the rule.
Despite all of the above I will say this, Their customer service is excellent. I contacted them with my concerns and I am very happy with the resolution.
