Thank you Michelle

The coverage for costs of a series of unanticipated repairs for 2015 low mileage Mercedes was satisfying and more importantly the service and attention of Assistant Manager Michelle raised the experience to a higher level.

Claims process

Daniel Chetnik was awesome in the helping with the claims process in not only one but 2 different claims one in which he had nothing to do with originally. Being in shops for close to 15 years and making hundreds of claims with dozens of different companies. It’s hard to find someone who was not only helpful but honest in the time frames of the process and going above and beyond helping with a coworkers claim that wasn’t processed due to that employee being out. Thank you again Daniel. Hope to work with you again in the future.

Absolute trash warranty company

Absolute trash warranty company! Stay away! They refuse to pay what it cost and will only approve a portion of the total amount. This leaves me with $488 in addition to my deductible to get a heater core replaced. They stated they won’t ship the part to the mechanic even though they refuse to pay the price quoted from the mechanic for the part. This place is a joke and a total waste of money! Spread the word!!!

Dumpster fire

adjuster Taro and several other "managers" within this company are the absolute worst people and overall worst company I have every had the displeasure of working with. After looking through countless recent reviews, it seems like my experience is par for the course with this absolute dumpster fire of a warranty company. Without a doubt, the WORST possible company that exists and makes carshield/endurance look like saviors. DO NOT BUY/USE ---STAY AWAY. After several weeks of just trying to update part numbers/quantities for authorized work, I finally came across a shift manager named Michelle and adjuster Daniel C. If it weren't for them, I would still be holding a customer's vehicle hostage several weeks following completion of work due to the inability of a "senior adjuster" and several subsequent managers to have even a sliver of customer service to simply update a couple of part numbers and quantities on the claim.

Michelle and Daniel C are the only reason that this isn't a 0-star review. They should be running the company as it seems that they are just about the only ones I see any positive reviews about. This company needs to be investigated for their business practices.

If it wasn't for Talia, I would scrap this claim.

I have not had any good experience with my warranty claim until I spoke with Talia. She listened and allowed me to explain my situation about the lack of communication between the adjuster for my claim and the service manager from my dealership. She offered to get a claims manager involved. Ten minutes later, I am getting a call from my service manager telling me that he just received a call from the adjuster. THANK YOU, TALIA!! YOU ARE A GODSEND!!

THE WORST. RUN AWAY FAST!!!!!!

The absolute worst company ever to deal with. They don't honor the coverages in their warranty contracts, want to send you used parts with no warranty and have horrible communication. The last three claims I've had to do with them, ended up having to send 30+ emails and spend hours on the phone trying to get repairs approved and to get paid. Will no longer deal with for my customers

Pleased with experience

I used my warranty for the 1st time and received excellent Customer Service. The TEAM members went over and above to resolve my issues and provide me with the protection I paid for. Shout out to Manager S. Osinga for his help and follow through.

Please read the negative comments…

Please read the negative comments because they are telling the truth. I have never encountered such rude, negligent, and unprofessional people in my life. My adjuster would reach out MONTHS at a time, my accident happened in October we did not reach a settlement until January of the next year. He would often talk in all caps and make rude remarks in the emails. I tried to report him to the “manager” even left a voicemail for a call back. NOTHING. When I sent over several documents the “fax machine was down” and I had to personally scan documents and email them. Any documents they sent were NOT Docusign( where you fill in the blanks on a document via pdf) I had to download a third party app just to send any info. The phone calls were always scrambled and hard to hear. Someone needs to investigate this company or send everyone to a professional development class.

I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience with Dealer Loyalty Protection. Despite submitting all the required documentation for my GAP claim, they have been unhelpful and rude every time I’ve called. They rejected my police report without a valid explanation and made no effort to assist with the “book out” valuation, which their contract states they can handle. It’s clear they are doing everything possible to avoid paying what they owe. I would not recommend Dealer Loyalty Protection to anyone seeking reliable GAP coverage

This place is the scum of the earth

This place is the scum of the earth. Trying to reach anyone at their main contact number is like pulling teeth. You leave voicemails for managers to call you back and you never get a return phone call. Then after many failed attempts to try to reach them by phone or in an email that doesn't even operate, you threaten them with legal action because you have no other recourse and they hang up on you. This place needs to be shut down and investigated. I am consulting with an attorney today.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!. Paid 40K for a car with this (3 year) warranty, needed to use the warranty 2.5 years in, they denied all repairs citing cars value had gone down too much (luxury brand), they were happy to take the money for three years, but they do not honor their warranty. They should not have offered a warranty on a car they say was not going to be worth it to repair.

Don't Answer Phone or Email & Deny Claims

I have a contract with DLP that I signed in September of this year.

I filed a claim 2 weeks ago and it was originally denied. Then, I spoke to a supervisor (Christian Rodriguez) who stated it was wrongfully denied and that I would be recieving reimbursement and that he'd have an update by end of day.

Fast forward to 10 days later and after numerous calls, emails, and a BBB complaint, they have completely ghosted me. They transfer me to a voicemail every single time.

DO NOT sign up for them. Completely scam and there's a reason they aren't an accredited business. All these other comments are completely AI generated.

I purchased an extended warranty from Dealer Loyalty Protection, the car lot told me I will have coverage for any serious mechanical issues with my Porsche Boxster. Recently, my check engine light came on unexpectedly while I was at school. I had the car towed to Porsche Bellevue, where they diagnosed multiple serious issues, including misfires, cracking ignition coils, and leaks in the transmission, coolant, and valve cover, all problems affecting the safety and drivability of my car.

Despite paying extra for this warranty and having no prior check engine lights or issues at the time of purchase, Dealer Loyalty Protection denied my claim, labeling these new issues as “pre-existing.” It’s baffling how a check engine light that only appeared recently can be deemed pre-existing. Now, my car has been stuck in the shop for over a month and a half, all because my warranty provider refuses to honor their agreement.

I trusted this warranty to cover essential repairs, yet I feel completely unsupported. I urge anyone considering Dealer Loyalty Protection to think three times before investing in a warranty that might not fulfill its promises.

I am writing to formally request…

I am writing to formally request mediation regarding the recent denial of service under my extended warranty plan provided by Dealer Protection Services. The vehicle in question is a 2017 Volvo XC60 T6 R-Series, which I recently purchased and which has high mileage.

On July 30, I initially had my vehicle examined by Firestone in Broomfield, Colorado, due to various mechanical issues. Upon contacting Dealer Protection Services, I was advised to have the vehicle towed to a certified repair facility for a more detailed assessment. As instructed, my vehicle was towed to Sill-Terhar Volvo, where it was diagnosed with an extensive list of problems that require immediate attention.

During the inspection, your warranty inspection associate indicated that the vehicle only had one quart of oil remaining. However, according to the dealership, the vehicle was inspected and serviced at the time of purchase, and less than 1,500 miles had been driven before smoke was noticed. At no point did any indicator lamps illuminate to signal a problem.

The level of service I received from your organization was unacceptable. Sill-Terhar Volvo has noted that Dealer Protection Services is the worst extended warranty company they have ever dealt with due to untimely responses, or no follow-up at all, and a complete lack of professionalism. Even my previous written request for legal mediation has gone unanswered.

Sill-Terhar and I have extensive documentation regarding the lack of care and service provided by your organization. Therefore, I am now formally requesting immediate legal remedy for the unresolved issues and failures on your part to uphold the terms of the extended warranty agreement.

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY

I am currently waiting for my GAP claim to be processed. All paperwork was submitted to the underwriting team on 6/19/2024 with an email approval from them. After the 8th week I have been checking in weekly for updates on the claim and I am given the same answer, it is with under writing team and that this is a complicated claim. I had been very understanding, on the 10th week I called and finally asked to speak to a supervisor/ escalate my claim but I was told that no one could take my call. I have filed a complaint with The BBB and they were given 14 days to answer ( as of the 17th of September) . I am making payments on the totaled vehicle (accident date 2/27/2024) and we had to purchase another vehicle as my husband and I both work. The more I read reviews the more disappointed and scared I am with having to deal with this company. There are so many complaints on various websites, it is concerning that this company is still in business and taking people's money.
