i'am Absolutely Disgusted with this…

i'am Absolutely Disgusted with this Company ..
I have bought off them before in the past .. and although the shipping was slow .. the situation with my last few orders was dreadful .
I have emailed the company but have not
received a reply.
Email bounce back as not delivered .-sales.at.dealextreme.com
There website allows no way of contacting the seller.
Orders do not show up in 'Your Account'
False Tracking No.'s given for items purchased..

This is a scam company

This is a scam company. I purchased from their site on 16th of May. Today is 1st of July and I still haven't receive it. The tracking number they have sent me is not valid on any possible tracking site, whether China, Global or my homeland. I tried to contact their customer service and was automatically asked to login to my account and contact them from there (so it's not possible via email) , but guess what- my account "is not active anymore" whatever that means. I didn't deactivate it. So I literally can't do a thing: I'm left without my purchase and without chance to even ask about it.

Lucky

Like others on here I had dealt with DX in the past and had no issues. Although never the quickest to deliver you always got what you ordered eventually. On 17th June I ordered a G shock watch via Paypal. On 28th June I checked the order status and still said order processing. I e-mailed them and got a same day reply saying it was out of stock. Not wanting to end up like many others on here with no product and no money I immediately replied saying the wait was unacceptable and wanted them to refund my Paypal account. To be fair without much hope. Imagine my surprise when next morning the cash was back in my Paypal account.
Your never to old to learn. Just because a company used to be good does not mean it still is! Teach me to always check here for latest comments.

You get what you pay for is the slogan…

You get what you pay for is the slogan for dx. The prices are tempting but the shipping is what brings your high down. By the time you receive your product, you'll be questioning if and when you ordered it. You can also forget about any customer support as it is non-existent. Good luck!

Horrible company DO NOT ORDER

Horrible company. Horrible customer service. I ordered 2 ps4 controllers February 27th which upon ordering was told to allow 7-11 business days to receive merchandise. Well it is now June 3rd and I have not received anything. Upon correspondence with customer service I was asked to please allow delay due to the memorial holiday. Are you serious? Then told it "may" be held up with U.S customs. I am currently undergoing investigation through visa because they definitely robbed me. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. THE PRICES MAY LOOK GOOD BUT THE PURCHASE IS NOT PROMISING...

Goods are reasonably priced but terrible customer service

Goods are reasonably priced, shipping is ok, but Customer Services is a joke. Placed an order, one item out of stock, no communication from them to say the item is out of stock and order delay etc. 3-4 weeks after placing order it took me contacting them to find out what is happening and to sort out what I wanted to do about it, so now waiting another 2-3 weeks for delivery on top of the original delivery time.

I used to buy at dealextreme in the past such it was cheap and except the slowly shipping time it was ok, after the last 2018/2019 upgrade the website is like a joke....i really warn before you want to buy there now...
they cancelled online chat helpline , they dont answer on ticket service and only the way to talk is to write to dx forum and wait long time for months to get some kind of answer... for me it was the best worldwide eshop ,now The worst one ...I will not buy here anymore alse...they also cleared all the collected dx points to people they have the accounts.. this is smart example how to shut down great working business due to not successfull website upgrade...

It's a scam!!!

I ordered a product and it was supposed that it would be shipped within 1 working day.

20 days after the product has not been shipped yet. They argue that they do not have any stock, but they continue selling it with shipping within 1 day.

These guys are scams! I don't know how they allow them to operate.

Very worst service.ordered item in Jan 19. Toll date not received. Strongly recommend not to order anything from this site. Cheaters. They keep on saying it will come but you cannot even track the shipment. Don order anything from this site. Fraud site. Government should ban this site.

They are %100 worst online selling…

They are %100 worst online selling address. I ordered just because of the delivery time 5-7 days and even item was a few dollars expensive than aliexpress, but they kind of linked to aliexpress and their order delivery taking way too long. I emailed after 8 days and ask the statues and their respond was;
Hi,Currently we are awaiting the restock of item, so your order is temporarily being held.
We would like to provide you with 3 options:
1. Wait a further 5-7 days for the original item
2. Replace SKU (Please let me know sku number)
3. Cancel and refund

Please kindly advice us which option you prefer.Thank you very much.

DealExtreme.Scam

Placed an order. Seller cancelled my order. Seller did not respond to messages + did not refund.
Contacted dealextreme.scam, who also ignored my messages.
Raised PayPal dispute. Seller also ignored PayPal's messages. Therefore PayPal refunded.

Many more bad reviews than good re this site. It needs to be taken down before more people are scammed. Some people have given them credit card details & have never managed to recover their money.

Inconsistencies with app and desktop site

I've a very big issue,

On the app I can select supersaver shipping which is free 7-10 day delivery to Ireland and tracking is provided. I go to checkout, the total price is in dollars not in euros anymore, for some reason(checked everything what could be wrong, did everything). I use my address, which I checked alot of times. Everything should be working, everything is spelled correctly. As I try to use PayPal for my payment option and I already want to buy the item app says, "Payment failed, reason: Province is error" which is not wrong. I'm not a beginner in online shopping.

On desktop version, supersaver shows no tracking. So I selected standart shipping, I need tracking. ALL my favourites had 7-10 day delivery, standart shipping with tracking. That's why I added them to my favourites, quick delivery and tracking. That was yesterday and the week before.

Now, app is displaying (supersaver, 7-10 day delivery) I can go to check out with supersaver option. Won't let me, (province is error), which is not.

Desktop site delivery times changed to 7-18 DAYS, SAME STANDART DELIVERY that I have selected a week ago because it was 7-10 days or less, I checked every item and there's is 7 pages of my favourite items, I spent many hours making sure. What is happening DX?

I uninstalled the app, since it is also very buggy. Very often product page won't show anything and prices would be € 0.00.

Was so glad that I finally found a website with tracking, low delivery costs and so many good items. All to Ireland and UK. I'm glad that I read all of the reviews here and that I haven't bought anything. Weird bugs, inconsistency, missing delivery options on desktop site, longer delivery times on desktop site. THE WORST!
