The Dealify team was professional, responsive, and knowledgeable about the LTD space.

Excellent Vendor and Customer Support

Excellent Vendor Support, I am writing this review as a satisfied Vendor on the Dealify Platform having partnered with them for multiple products, I can say that they are a highly professional, motivated, and customer satisfaction-oriented team. That being said there are different pros and cons for different people, being the Vendor we have to deal with some unforeseen situations sometimes which were well taken care of by the Dealify Team. Also, a Cherry on the Top - Their Vendor Commission Payouts are very much on time and spot on. Would always recommend Dealify to a startup planning to launch their LTD.

Extremely Disappointed – Security and Customer Service Issues

I had a terrible experience with Dealify, and I strongly urge others to be cautious before making any purchases. As a first-time customer, I expected a smooth and secure transaction, but instead, I faced multiple serious issues that exposed alarming flaws in their payment system and customer service.

1. Unauthorized Charges & Payment Security Concerns
I was charged three times for my Tier 3 FOMO account purchase. Despite my bank confirming successful transactions, Dealify denied any record of my payments, claiming the merchant ID and terminal ID linked to the charges were not theirs. This raises serious concerns about their website's security—how can a customer be charged multiple times with no trace on the merchant’s end? Even more concerning, they replied and told me that the PayPal payment option was linked to an unknown PayPal merchant account despite displaying "Dealify" as the merchant name.

2. Hidden Shipping Fees & False Denials
When I tried to place my order, I was unexpectedly charged an $18 shipping fee. I immediately sent screenshots and emails to dispute it, but they repeatedly denied the issue, even after I provided clear evidence. It took me recording a full screen-capture video of the ordering process to force them to finally admit—after a full week and countless emails—that an internal error caused the fee to be added. Their initial refusal to acknowledge the problem until undeniable proof was presented shows a severe lack of transparency and accountability.

3. Slow and Unresponsive Support
Despite my multiple emails over several days, Dealify’s response has been slow and dismissive. Three days have passed since my last message, and I am still waiting for a resolution. If they truly cared about their customers, they would address serious concerns like these immediately instead of forcing customers to fight for their rights.

I am deeply disappointed by this entire experience. I trusted Dealify, but instead, I encountered unauthorized charges process, poor security, hidden fees, process that wasted my time in purchasing experience, and a company unwilling to take responsibility until undeniable proof was provided.

I am still waiting for a resolution, and if they fail to respond appropriately, I will continue to share my experience publicly with full evidence on youtube and other social media platforms. If they resolve the issues , i will consider to remove my review here. I strongly warn others to be extremely cautious before using their platform.

I hereby confirm that everything I have written is based on facts—my true experience with no lies. My purchasing process and credit card being charged three times, whether from a mobile phone or laptop through your website, linked to the wrong PayPal merchant ID you mentioned, is entirely true. I am telling the truth. They are defensive and claim all negative reviews are defamation and sabotage?

Trust me. Dear users, will you want to talk to this kind customer support which accuse customers that ' we defamed them'?

I have all the evidence, timeline and video screen recording. I will compile to prove the truth.

Dealify, to add on to above security risk issue that I paid through credit card in paypal through your website, followed by your emails claimed that is not your merchant Id, that is seriously security risk! I had video screen recording of purchase process while the notification i received from the bank that show the merchant id.

Once again, do not accuse me and defame me.

You should investigate clearly within your team as you, caleb always ignore till i show new evidence then you only admit. You keep harass me and threaten me, while accuse me?

We take pride in providing great service to our customers. Dealify is an established brand that cares deeply about its customers, app developers, and marketplace.

The challenge with this particular case is that the user is requesting a refund, but he never made a purchase. There is nothing to refund, though we are happy to refund any customer who requests one. We have provided evidence to him multiple times that prove there is no order, including screenshots of our order system and payment processor. Even PayPal Support itself confirmed there was no order or transaction.

Refunds are very easy at Dealify! A customer simply needs to share the order number, confirmation email, or transaction record. We are eager to help resolve this user's issue, but unfortunately we have not received any of those documents despite numerous requests. We have suggested that if the customer is still not satisfied, he may submit a chargeback via his credit card. As of this writing, we have not seen or received a chargeback for any purchase made.

Finally, we must address the "security issue." Let us be clear for all customers: there are NO security issues at Dealify. We use industry-leading platforms, payment processors, and security features, and we take the integrity of our marketplace very seriously.

The user's claim that we have "security issues" is merely the result of a misunderstanding. The user sent a screenshot of a transaction record that does not have a valid Merchant ID on it. We said, "That is not Dealify's Merchant ID," and he interpreted that to mean another company had somehow hacked our system and was receiving our orders. This is obviously not true. Payment processor Merchant IDs follow a standard format, and we were simply informing him that the transaction screenshot he shared does not include a real Merchant ID.

To conclude, we are happy to resolve this with the customer directly. Our team has spent a great deal of time trying to help. We are happy to refund money for any purchase you made! Simply provide us with the valid order details that other customers routinely submit: an order number, confirmation email, or valid transaction record.

We are a hardworking team that wants to take good care of all of our customers, and we are standing by to amicably resolve this issue with you.

I've got no issue so far

After reading the other feedbacks, I was concerned about the level of customer service. However, I chose to give it a shot.
I encountered no problems with my purchase (a lifetime subscription to 1min.ai). It seems that whether or not you face issues is related on the product you select.
The voucher worked as expected, the experience was straightforward.
The only downside is the anxious atmosphere surrounding my purchase, as there are some quite negative reviews.

I was a paid customer and bought 2 or 3…

I was a paid customer and bought 2 or 3 deals.
One of the software I bought shut off and disappeared without any notice, while the website is still selling the software.

I wrote an email asking them to take the deal off from the site (not asking for a refund), nothing changed. Then I had to left a comment warning people not to purchase.

I just found out my account is deleted by the website. WOW.

Hon is a former customer, for which we are grateful. But there are a few inaccuracies with this review. (1) His user account was not deleted. Hon happened to log in at the exact moment we were performing a data migration between website platforms. His account is still active; it was just being moved when he tried to log in. (2) If there are ever issues with a product in our marketplace, we want to know about it!! Unfortunately, Hon never emailed us as described in this review. (3) Dealify has a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee on all purchases, and if a business shuts down in less than 12 months, we likewise offer a full refund to the customer. In other words, Hon would likely be eligible for a full refund. But instead of emailing our support team to get his money back, he left this negative review. Even after learning of the review, we tried contacting Hon 3 times to issue the refund and to kindly request he update this review for accuracy, but he has never responded. To summarize, Hon's account was not deleted; he never emailed us; and he would be eligible for a refund if he ever responded to us. It's unfortunate that reviews with inaccuracies like this have to stay on our Trustpilot account when we tried everything in our power to make it right.

SCAM, STAY AWAY!!!

This website promotes and sales products from various other vendors. I purchased a product from them a week ago (KeywordCaddy) and it worked for about a minutes. Then everything was closed, errased as if I had never purchased anything from them. They promoted "Money Back Guarantee", which is the reason I made a purchase as well. I tried contacting the vendor and Dealify, none were responsive. This is a SCAM, STAY AWAY

We take customer success very seriously at Dealify, and we work quickly to resolve issues, especially if there is a vendor or product available in our store that isn't meeting customer needs. We only wish this review reflected the full series of events.

Works with fees

Compared to Appsumo they don't give 100% refunds and sometimes overlook to answers questions.

After this review they contacted me and explained that one part of the missing money is a fee that the customer pays and the other was because of a coupon.

Anyway the purchase, the product and the refund worked.

Super fast and quick support!

I recently purchased a discounted VPN solution from Dealify and was hoping to benefit from their great pricing. Unfortunately, the solution didn't work for me in my area, so I requested a refund. This is a complete scam

This is a complete scam, I have purchased an expensive non-working product that they won't refund. Furthermore, the creator even asked me to as it's not for purpose. I had attempted to email with the 30 day policy but had repeated bouncebacks. 2nd occasion, simply ignorer the 5 stars and look at the real reviews.

We hold a high bar for customer support interactions, and in this case we fell short. Regrettably, the customer also experienced some delays in receiving the full refund we issued due to certain settings on her credit card. In the end, though, this case was fully resolved, with a 100% refund issued. We kindly requested that the customer update her review to reflect this, but she never responded to our emails. Finally, we'd like to affirm that Dealify is not a "scam." We've been in business for 6 years and have sold lifetime deals on hundreds of great products to thousands of customers all over the world. This was an unfortunate scenario outside the norm, but it was successfully resolved.

Instructions not clear

Instructions not clear, but they took care of me.
I'm not new to the world of buying LTD (Life-Time Deals) of Saas and other tools I use in my business. I love sites like Dealify and AppSumo to help me discover new tools on the market that help me solve problems in my work. When buying my first deal from Dealify, I ended up making a mess of claiming my account from the provider, totally my fault but I feel that if the instructions in the email had been more clear or the link to claim the deal easier to spot in the invoice email it would have saved me some time waiting on support. In the end, I lost about a day of planned work with the tool, not the end of the world and not Dealify's fault that the time zones and the team were on polar opposite sides of the world.
