Horrible company. Even worse product. It was not leather, as claimed, but plastic and smelled SO BAD from off-gassing I put it back in the bag and outside. This shoe I paid $30 plus shipping. I'm ebarassed that I fell for this scam. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

If I could give zero stars I would.
I thought I'd give these incompetent people a second chance (last year my order took over 30 days.. don't get me started)
I ordered something for my daughter, but a few hours after I ordered it someone gifted me the exact same item so I wanted to cancel. 2 emails sent, no response, so I contacted them via Facebook, got told "if you didnt want it why did you order? I see you also received a discount" as if the discount that the website automatically entered matters?
Their customer service is an absolute atrocious joke. All they want is your money, any other site I've ordered online from has the option to cancel the order. I will never order from these tools again, and I will never suggest them as a retail option for anyone I know.

Recent purchase of 2 items which do not work. I have attempted to reach company for return information, and received one email response to my inquiry with no follow-up or further information, despite the fact my credit card was charged. I contacted the phone number printed on the shipping label, and they told me that AliExpress was the distributor, of which New Deals must be associated. Neverthless, DO NOT give these people your money if you ever hope for an honest transaction

I'd recommend Dealsblast to everyone. They are selling quality products, orders are delivered on time, moreover they have widest range of products at very reasonable prices. They are my one stop store for all the needs.

Dealsblast is one of the worse highpriced, cheap selling of broken items I have ever seen. I regret replying to this website when trying to purchase a computer. they sold me a broken, old and rusty computer that they advertised as new in Jan. 2019. The offered me a refund of my money in Jan. 19, Feb. 19, and 5 times the same offer in Mar. 2019. They have not refunded me anything. They have sent emails of retaliation against me for standing up for my rights as a consumer by filing complaints with the Better Business Bureau and the State Consumer Protection Agency, However, they have purposely rejected any and all replies to these agancies. I am now filing a law suit in small claims court in my state, they will have to answer the law or else a judgement will be made in my favor.

Dealsblast.com, dealsblast.biz and other names this company uses to embezzel and scam customers out of their money by illegally false advertising their cheap, broken and mal functioning products that they sale at higher prices than Amazon or any other legit online store. The sold me broken products. They will not refund your money for broken products that they have sold to millions of customers. The use harrassment and intimidating and retaliating emails against their customers who complaint to BBB or consumer protection agencies. Consumers have two best options of resolution 1. Sue in small claims court. 2. Class action lawsuit with the help of U.S. Fed. Trade Commission.

I ordered Bobbi brown foundation on Feb 18, got confirmation of order, and as of today Mar 24 I have not received order. I have sent 2 emails and left 2 phone messages and haven’t heard from them. I would recommend not ever purchasing anything from Dealsblaster as they are totally dishonest!!

Placed order for hair product 21 Feb 2019. Paid via PayPal. Received confirmation email, but no further word since then. Have sent several email requests for status of order. No response. DO NOT ORDER FROM DEALS BLAST!!

Placed an order Feb 5, 2019 & it was never sent out. I never recieved a tracking number or anything. I emailed the company twice & never received a reply. I requested a refund from Paypal & just got it back today fortunately!

This site is definitely a scam!!

Ordered three cases of cat food, received only one. And that's how they get away with it: PayPal says "tracking shows you received a package" so they take no further action against dealsblast. Do Not Give Your Money To dealsblast.
UPDATE: I finally received my order (two months later) only after I contacted PayPal again and they chased after it. Dealblast excuse?- they were out of stock and all my multiple inquiries went to their "spam mails folder"! I have read many similar complaints about this dealsblast. I do not trust this company.

Total scam. I searched for a perfume I wanted on Google and the only store that had it in stock was DealsBlast. Since I trusted Google shopping I went ahead and ordered the perfume. I did get an order confirmation number. However, I never received a shipping tracking number and I emailed DealsBlast thrice over 2 weeks to find out if the perfume had shipped, never received a reply. I also called them and received a mailbox full message. I reported them to Google shopping and am waiting to hear back. I finally ordered the same perfume from a reputable online store that had just restocked it. I sent an email to DealsBlast asking for a refund, still haven't heard back. So they totally stole my money.

Buyer Beware! This has got to be the worst online shopping experience EVER! for starters, The item I ordered did not arrive in original packaging( this was a Birthday Gift) so I had to doctor up a box to make it even look presentable. After all of that, and much to my embarrassment The item did not EVEN WORK! That was in September. I contacted Deals Blast immediately, they sent return shipping information on 10/1. I sent the item back and waited patiently for a credit to my credit card or check. After almost two months of waiting, i contacted the company....no reply. I attempted calling... left message. FINALLY, on January 16th after 4 months,they sent me an electronic gift card TO THEIR COMPANY for the amount of purchase instead of refunding my money. THIS IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!..... This company is shady and unethical. Do NOT SHOP with this company. PERIOD.

I have ordered from dealsblast few times. The items I have received are of excellent quality. The website has huge inventory and I recommend this site.

The worst experience of online shopping ever I ordered a plush for my kids Christmas in October And now it’s December 20 and still did not receive my order I complained about it asked for a refund and nobody has ever gotten back to me I will never recommend this site to anyone dealsblast is the worst site order things from Amazon or somewhere else not this guys

Communicating about my order status was not clear because I couldn't find a tracking number, but when I reached out to them they responded quickly with a FedEx tracking number & the very next day my package was on my front door step!
Item is of the highest quality I have seen & a very fair price! This was my first time ordering from Deals Blast so I got nervous at first when I didn't see a tracking number, but NOW I know they are legitimate and will Definitely be ordering again from them! 👍

Ordered something on September 20th. Still have yet to receive it, paid for it and got charged. I have called and emailed them multiple times with no reply. Do not order from them!! Very shady and not reputable

so far, 6 weeks after my order, 2 of the 3 items received are wrong. The leggings are actually stockings, foot and all. Captain America pajamas came instead of Spider-Man pajamas, tried to contact when I received to return, no response for the last 3 weeks. Will never order from them again.Ever.
