Steep prices

I did my homework too late. The competition is half as cheap sometimes, for the same weight size and value. Will not use them again.

Overstate the weight. Poor customer support.

I've been using them for two years. They regularly overstate the weight of packages. Customer support is very reluctant to recalculate. The packaging is worse than on Aliexpress. Packages occasionally arrive damaged.
Unrecommended!

The customer service response times are…

The customer service response times are unacceptably slow, I waited over 24 hours for every reply. The website interface and user experience are among the worst I’ve encountered. I strongly recommend avoiding this company for shipping packages.

Public Warning

Public Warning: DealTas is a "Ghost Ship" – Negligent Management and a Failed Warehouse
"Do not be fooled by their slick website or promises of fast shipping. Behind DealTas is a company managed with criminal amateurism, featuring a fake support system and logistical failures that cost customers dearly.
Fiction Support: Their website chat is a total fraud. I waited for over an hour at 'Number 1 in line' with zero human response. Their emails are ignored, and there is no way to reach a living soul.
Abandoned Warehouse: Their warehouse in Norwood, MA, is dysfunctional. I have documented proof from FedEx that their delivery drivers stood in front of a CLOSED door repeatedly during declared business hours.
System Lying to Customers: While FedEx confirms the package was signed for by 'R. Rita' at 10:43 AM, the DealTas system continues to lie, stating the package has 'not yet arrived'.
Total Disregard: While my sensitive and expensive products are neglected at the warehouse, the CEO, Yaniv Koter, is physically in Israel, training at a local gym and ignoring his customers' pleas for help.
To Yaniv Koter: Wake up. I will not stop here. Every consumer group and forum in Israel and the US will know about your 'service' methods. I demand an immediate solution, not more 'business day' excuses.
WARNING: Do not trust this company with your money. They cannot even open the door for a delivery driver."

terrible company

Terrible company — and here’s why.
You can be charged completely different prices for absolutely identical packages. I had two packages in a row lost, worth over $200, and this is what they offered me: either file a claim with their insurance company or accept only a 50% refund.
According to them, the insurance would reimburse only $50 because I was required to pay the deductible. I agreed to let the company refund me in the form of account credit for future shipments.
I live in Israel, and for the last year and a half our country was at war, so dealing with packages was the last thing on my mind. When the war finally ended, I decided to ship a package again — and then came the “surprise”: my credit had expired.
So their “validity period” for my refund expired, but the period during which they lose packages is apparently unlimited.
This is a company whose reputation is worth $120, and that is all they are willing to “invest.” They are happy to take your money, but not willing to take any financial responsibility. In my case, despite paying for the items and the shipping, the loss became entirely my problem. According to them, the insurance covers only about 10% of the package’s value.
If you want reliable service, never use this company.

lousy - avoid !

Well, You pay, but don't expect much service.
if you approach the support you get an automatic message about electrical black outs in Europe (when ?) that prevent them from answering quickly.
also don't expect your package to arrive soon, they really do not care "it beyond our ability to control (i guess due to the electrical black outs there is no space on flights....)

Amazing customer service!

I‘ve always used ushops for fright forwarding from the States, but because DealTas had a referral link discount going on (sent to me by my brother who recommended them) I tried placing an order. I’ve purchased fragrance oils that were confused for perfumes upon arrival to their warehouse and an extra flammable substances charge was added ($20 for half a liter). I’ve reached out to customer service and Liat and Gal were ever so helpful. I sent across the MSDS and the extra charges were dropped. Plus I never had to wait longer than 24 hours to hear back. The cherry on top was that the price was reasonable for the weight and size of the package, and true to the shipping calculator on their website so there were no surprises there - such a brilliant service. I’m definitely sticking with DealTas from now on! Many thanks :)

Edit: parcel took exactly 17 days to arrive from their US warehouse to the collection point in IL (17 days from the moment I submitted a pdf of the invoice and then paid Dealtas), despite only one airline operating atm. Highly recommended!

Awful Awful Awful!

Awful Awful Awful!

Don't waist your time, AND YOUR MONEY WATCH OUT. Watch out! There is no one to talk with, all the communication ONLY by email. And always you get the same automatic response msg. They held my package about 3 months after I told them that I don't want to send my package with them, it's too expensive. They charged me a lot to return the package back to me ( which I'm next town). 4 times more expensive that i paid to send them the package. If you want to save use... UPS, USPS and FEDEX.

DealTas lost my package and wouldn't even refund me

I paid DealTas in full for an Express service, as per their website the terms for Express service are:

- Delivery time between 5-10 days
- Tracking number and ability to track the package
- Door to door delivery
- Full ownership of the logistics chain
- Insurance up to $100

As of today, more than 70 days later, I didn't receive my package, tracking on their site is still the same, and I didn't get for insurance even that I made a claim over a month ago. Their customer service takes up to 10 days to respond to emails and so far refused to provide any resolution. They first claimed that the package was delivered, then said they're checking with a 3rd party contractor, then said again the package was delivered, then said again that they're checking with the contractor. As per their own tracking system, the package was never delivered but they still refuse to provide any resolution.
