I ordered an (expensive!) screen from Deane as they had it at a good price. I hadn't seen many reviews and was a little wary, but I called and spoke with Dan King, who was great and had the monitor sent through by courier. Unfortunately after a few days it developed a single line of green pixels down the middle of the display. I called them up, they had it picked up, examined, and sent through a replacement. That's been working perfectly since and I couldn't be happier. Thanks team! (Review to help others like me who come across this business and like to see reviews)

The computer was ordered and paid for in advance and when it arrived it was damaged which we reported and sent back immediately with the courier. Then they sent out the same computer with a new front face 7 days later which also arrived damaged and inside the unit you could hear something was rattling. This was reported and sent back immediately and i asked for a full refund which they said they would raise a credit note.
2 weeks went by and no refund more emails went by and no refund. In the end we instructed legalese to initiate proceedings 4 weeks after they said they would refund us the money we were refunded the money only after they received a pre-action letter from our Barrister in law. We should not have to wait so long for a refund and we should not be sold defective goods sold as new or to resort to taking legal action to recover our money.

You guys keep up with this level of service, price and support and you're going to be a wildly successful company. Guy Hunt-Davison was incredibly helpful when ordering, expedited my order to get the next day delivery and emails me consistently, but not too frequently, with some absolutely cracking deals. I'm a very happy customer and they'll be getting my orders going forwards! Thanks to the team at Deane.

There have been problems but they have fixed them quickly - their communication is brilliant.
