I initially had an issue.

I initially had an issue with recurring charges I didn’t realize I had signed up for, which was frustrating. However, when I reached out to Mastermind’s customer service, they were responsive, professional, and ultimately issued a full refund for the monthly subscription charges while keeping my one-time VIP package active.

Kyree in customer service handled my concerns with understanding and efficiency, and I appreciated the clear communication throughout the process. While the billing setup could have been clearer up front, the way the team resolved my issue showed integrity and a genuine focus on customer satisfaction.

Hidden charges and no real accountability

I signed up for the $1 Thrive event and was automatically charged $47/month for three months without clear consent or access to cancel. Support admitted the issue by refunding one month “as a courtesy,” but refused to refund the remaining two.

It’s a shame, because the Thrive event itself was a good experience, and I might have returned to Mastermind in the future. But the way billing and support have handled this makes me lose trust completely.

Shortcuts in business are not good business. And I honestly wonder how Tony Robbins can allow his good name to be associated with this.

In today’s climate, honesty and integrity from companies, governments, and individuals should be held to higher standards. I also question the fact that Mastermind promoted the $1 sign-up as a way to “feed homeless Americans.” That created goodwill and trust, but in reality, it feels like it was just a gateway into hidden charges.

I am asking Mastermind to take accountability for the wrongs you are doing. And as you can see, this is my first review ever on Trustpilot. That alone says a lot — I felt strongly enough about this experience to take the time to speak up.

When trust is broken, it’s hard to regain.

I have now received a full refund ($141). I appreciate that the issue was finally resolved. However, the process required far too much time and effort — energy I could have invested in building my business instead of fighting for what was right.

An extremely optimistic team that is…

An extremely optimistic team that is able to kindly advise a person, shows the way to change your thinking in a good way. Always treat you like your best friend. I am already changing my daily habits and will not stop. And all this remotely. You know, what drives me the most is their concreteness. I wish them only the best in the future. In MM, Funnels are only designed to offer monthly payments, not one-time payments.

I had lot of difficulty creating a funnel to sell my course, but was stumped that Funnels only offers a monthly payment plan (forever) for customers instead of a paid in full option.
I have just received an "How To" detailed email with exactly how to set up one-time payments in a funnel. Thanks!!!
