Unfortunately unable to use the program due to a brain injury and they refuse to refund despite multiple polite requests. I just missed the refund window and am only asking for a refund for the remaining months I am unable to use the program for and they will not budge. They are very convincing but if you have any doubts just know that their policies are not lenient. They said someone could take over my account but blocked my attempts to find someone on social media groups. I cannot comment on the quality of the program because I was unable to use it.

I had mistakenly used a wrong card for a transaction. I explained the situation. They read/listened and understood my concerns with no back-and-forth. They were able to offer a way for me to complete the transaction using the right card, and refund the initial transaction.
If this error was left uncorrected, it would have had devasting consquences. I am forever grateful for the courteous manner in which they handled my concerns and got it resolved.

I had some concerns about if I felt this was right for me or not and that I wanted to experiences little of it first via the trial period before committing to it.
Not only was the team kind, inspiring and supportive, but they allowed me another 30 days addition to experience if this was right for me. Not only did this make me feel safe, but it made me feel my concerns were valued, so therefore, I felt valued🥰😙
Because of this, not only did I continue the trial for Bootcamp, but also bought the Ai Advantage package. This team lifts my spirits and makes me feel and believe that not only do I have something great to offer — but that I can make that idea a tangible reality!

The reason I gave the support team at AI Advantage
a 5-star review is because I had a tech question and he responded with an answer to my question within 12-24 hours over the Thanksgiving holiday. Plus, we had an email or two back and forth for clarity purposes which told me he had to reach out to someone else to discover the answer to my tech question. If I am correct there are 18670 Bootcamp members. I find this kind of service, especially with a group this large & over a holiday, to be applauded in today's environment.
