I would not recommend Mastermind.com to anyone. Avoid this headache.
I never signed up for a subscription with Mastermind.com. I never used anything they offer. They still charged my credit card without my consent. I reached out multiple times. I explained the situation. I provided proof. They did not care at all.
They kept repeating the same scripted lines. No empathy. No ownership. No solution. They refused to give me a refund for a service I did not use. It feels like they value money over customers. I lost trust in this company.
I work hard for my money. Getting charged for something I did not agree to feels terrible. I would not recommend Mastermind.com to anyone. Avoid this headache.

I was happy to see that I didn't have to wait long for my concern to be answered in a way that made sense to me and was acceptable.
If there is a way that going forward it could somehow be added ahead of time it would relieve a lot of stress as you are working with various age groups here, many of who are from ancient timelines and even though we are all making this massive leap to join the Ai era for whatever reason, it would be helpful if that would be a question that we didn't have to ask. All in all I am extremely happy to be part of this community and that Dean and Tony have reached out to us in this way. Thank you

The Support Team does a really great…
The Support Team does a really great job to respond to emails within a few hours, which, considering the time difference between Australia and the US, is impressive. I have found the team to be always friendly and polite, which is important to me, as it makes me feel like I'm not a bother to them.
There is only one small thing I might suggest, and that is that sometimes there are so many emails, particularly before an event, all of which I receive between midnight and 3:00am, so ineffective to me. The event is already in my calendar, and I won't miss it. I don't need so many reminders, but that's just from my perspective.
All in all, I admire the work the team does, and their dedication to service - they are a great reflection on
Dean's work ethic and ethos. Keep it up!
