I have been ordering probiotics tablets for my dog for several months.
I received a delivery from Deardoggo (via Royal Mail) that had the packaging ripped open and left on my doorstep during heavy rain when nobody was at home.
I accept that the delivery is outside their direct control but despite being emailed with photos they have failed to acknowledge my email and the issue that i now have.
Would I recommend - definitely not due to their poor customer services !!

Found these chews helped my dogs and I get two tubs at a time. One of the dogs has gone onto meds and Not taking the chews and I have a four tub build up and have sent a email on the 9 th August asking to stop future orders. I am waiting on a reply. Thank you.I have just unsubscribed so hopefully no further deliveries.

Disgusting smelling powder for dogs dental, used once, never again, could not tolerate the smell in my house. Tried getting refund, contacted 3 times, no reply!!!

Mid November 2024 after trying all sorts i ordered Dear Doggo Probiotics for my Patterdale terrier. In the first few weeks there was no difference but by the end of December the chewed bald patches were almost fully grown back. Fur is so much softer now also and the itching and chewing seems to have stopped.

I started using this service 3 months ago. After a month of giving my dog the treat daily, i noticed that my dog's itchy ears have gotten a lot better.
I have tried multiple different probiotics and this is finally one that works!

Just finish the first tub of probiotics and have seen a big difference in his itching and licking - he seems much more comfortable. Thank you.

The calming treats have worked wonders with my Cocker Spaniel. He used to bark a lot when people came round for a while and lot settle. Since we moved, he was at first really unsettled which was understandable but since taking the Dear Doggo Calming Treats he is a lot more settled. He will initially bark and be excitable when people come around but settles so much quicker now. Also, when out walking he doesn't bark as much as he used to. SO pleased with this product and have already recommended these treats to a couple offriends

I've been using this now for a little over a year for my boo and I can't thank you enough for the difference its made to his health and comfort since starting. Thank you so much, we're lifelong Dear Doggo fans now 😁

We’ve been using Dear Doggo now for 5 months, the probiotic chews and the calming chews. My dog loves them, and we’ve definitely noticed an improvement - (reduced dry skin, licking and better gut health).

I would highly recommend!

As soon as I started the treats, the symptoms for my dogs severed and got worse. She always was a bit itchy and had waxy ears but she started severe paw licking as soon as I started using this product. I’ve reached out to the company addressing my concerns. Not even an email back only a cancellation of my subscription. SCAM, DO NOT BUY FOR YOUR PET.

My dog enjoyed these treats, she likes any treats though to be honest! We really hoped they'd keep on top of her itchy ears. She was doing so well when we started her on them but nearly 6 months on and her ears were the worst they'd ever been and she ended up on steriods.
I sadly didn't manage to cancel my subscription in time either so was charged for another 3 months and now have a 3 months supply that's of no use to me.
Last but definitely not least. I was emailed by dear doggo to leave a review on their website, which I did. They state their reviews are independently verified but through my review disappearing and then trying to search through the other reviews and only seeing 5star reviews I get the impression that any less positive reviews are deleted before being published like mine was. This is false advertising to only show one side of customers views which is so disappointing from a company I trusted for my dogs health. Hence my review here.

These have transformed my chihuahuas daily wellbeing! My girl is a nervous nellie, and was forever suffering with stress anxiety/stress related tummy flare-ups, with constant trips to the vet for probiotic paste. The happy tummy chews have made a hugely noticeable difference to her health and happiness, not one vet trip since started using them 3 months ago! They were so good, we also started the daily calming chews as well. She isn't as keen on eating these, but with excitable play and encouragement she will eat them. Again, she's a much happier, calmer and healthier princess! She even stayed calm on bonfire night!! Thank you dear doggo

Sadly, I have to rate this one star, as the product just didn't work for my Frenchie.

He's prone to ear yeast infections and chews his feet. Reading the claims from this company, I figured Dear Doggo probiotic chews was just what he needed. I bought two pots and gave him one a day for two months. My dog loves the taste, but during that time, he had yet another visit to the vet for yeast and didn't stop chewing his paws.

Stupidly, I forgot to cancel my subscription, so had another two pots delivered a couple of weeks ago. Seeing as Otis likes the taste, I've been giving him one a day, as the most expensive dog treat known to man! So he's now been taking them for 10-12 weeks and still no let up in his symptoms and his ear scratching has started again after his previous vet treatment.

Otis does not recommend this product.

My Jack Russell never refuses food usually not fussy and he s 10 yrs old but he won’t eat these so it was
a expensive trial I bought two tubs knowing he’s not fussy normally so very disappointed

I have tried to cancel this subscription on two occasions but without success. The product, in my opinion, is not suitable. However, the results aside I cannot get the subscription, that I do not remember signing up for, cancelled.
I would not recommend for this reason.
Update; Thank you for the quick response. I appreciate the time taken to look in to it. The matter is now resolved.

They are BAD sent wrong item no way to contact them

I’ve had my bulldog on apoquel for almost 4 years , she’s been on these chews for almost 2 weeks, the itching has reduced dramatically and I’ve managed to reduce her medication into the bargain which was costing a packet , you have one very happy dog now so thank you

My Maltese has always chewed at her feet, our vet said she has an allergy to something. Tried these and what a difference, she still chews but not nearly as much. These are fantastic, well worth a try. I had them recommended by a friend. So pleased I found them 🐶

Worth every penny! My little Shihtzu can't get enough of them! Since using these probiotic treats she has been so much brighter in herself, Thank you so much Dear Doggo gone are the days of matted tails and stinky sticky poos. I had tried others before but none that have worked like this! I would highly recommend happy tummy!
