I booked a service and MOT, arranged for the car to be collected and returned. No one turned up to get it, we telephoned and left a message asking what time they were coming, but got no answer or reply. That was five days ago and I still haven’t heard a thing from them, not even an apology. Very disappointing.
I have used Debenham garage for the regular MOT testing, servicing and any other car repair needs for years and they've always given great service, have been accomodating with booking dates and the bill is never more than I expect it to be.
