Decantalo asked if I would be home for them to collect a returns, which I said I would be, stayed in all day but nobody turned up and no communications from them since.
Terrible company to deal with. Use with extreme caution!

Trying to return my items but the communication from Decantalo is very poor!
Be careful ordered from these, delivery dates mean nothing to them.

Thank you for your response. I have never had this experience in Australia. At no point did I change the currency to USD. So I assumed it was AUD.

After 3 weeks still no delivery… and no response to emails. What a terrible company to deal with!!

Very easy to use website making ordering simple. Selection of wines were well packaged and sent on time to pickup point. Transportista DHL caused our receiving our wines late as they seemed unaware that the pickup point had very specific opening hours. Due to this we received the parcel 3 days late

Very good choice of hard to find Spanish wines. Timely delivering and excellent comminication on transport follow-up.

Easy to use great service and choice. Made one order to UK and one within Spain. Both quickly delivered with no problems. Highly recommended.

The entire purchasing process and delivery logistics have gone well. I don't give 5 stars because of the lack of the possibility of including a written message in the package. Very useful and necessary for gifts (at least I didn't find it).

Have been a customer for a long time. Upon receiving spoiled bottle of white I was told to send photos and they would claim from the wine maker. Upon informing them the wine was thrown out (why keep it?) they just said they won’t do anything about it. Great treatment of a loyal customer. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
