My son placed an order for three items…

My son placed an order for three items from this website. Upon their arrival, we found that all of them were significantly larger than the standard L size. Consequently, we reached out to Decarba for guidance regarding exchanges and returns. Despite sending numerous emails and messages, we have yet to receive a response. According to their terms and conditions, there is a 14-day return period. We have been attempting to obtain a reply for more than two weeks now. I suspect that they are intentionally delaying their response to ensure we miss the return window. This is unacceptable customer service.

Terrible service

Terrible service. After the pieces I bought not fitting I decided to return them to China directly to the manufacturer. After terrible customer service as well as an unjustifiable return process I only received a 40% refund for the items. They promised me they would return the items that didn’t fit alongside the 40% refund however it’s months on end and I still haven’t received the items back.

Paypal refunded me.

Scum had the nerve to try and tell PayPal i didnt fulfill my end of the agreement as a consumer when I filed for a refund. Lmfao. PayPal sided with me. Guess it wasn’t hard for them when I sent them picture of the KNOCKOFF CRAP you DECEITFUL SCUM sent me.

Long delivery

Are u fkn kidding me? A whole fkn month to get my order, surely it doesnt take a month to travel around the world right, a week or 2 is understandable but a month? Gotta do better.

Avoid

Avoid! It’s a clothing scam. All comes from China (which the website doesn’t state), and when wanting to return items you have to pay for the return shipping to China. They then refuse the parcel and you’re left out of pocket, without the goods, AND with UPS tax and port charges.

Another grossly unhappy customer …

As detailed by dozens of other unhappy customers, this website is a farce.
Poor quality products ex-China, alleged free shipping & simple returns, but anything but. Takes weeks to be delivered only to be labelled an XL, but is probably no bigger than a XS. Customer Support unhelpful and unable to provide anything but word salad from their standard scripts.

Would give a 0 is possible. This store is a SCAM. Do not buy any clothes from here.
Their website says UK brand. But when you try to return something because they force you to pay for postage back to China. They then surprise you with additional import taxes. All the mean time this process takes incredibly long and the decarba team are as helpful as a sack of spuds.

I bought some shoes, they didn’t fit and much too small, he couldn’t get his feet half way into them, made for a small Chinese man. Asked me to send them back

SCAM RETAILER…

SCAM RETAILER…. Absolutely awful had to ship my £50 jumper back to china for a different size at a cost of £16 and they never collected it from customs, because I had a bereavement I didn’t chase for 6 weeks (lost mum and dad in 3 months) so they sent me a £11 refund but the jumper is still in china? Absolute joke, AVOID!

This is a drop shipping company

DO NOT BUY!!!
Honestly so disappointed with this company. This is a drop shipping company. Anything they sell is available for a fraction of the price on Shein. Their sizes are based on Asian sizes. Customer services are quick to respond but don’t actually address any issues, they just brush you off. Their tracking system doesn’t work. The reviews on their websites are fake and they lie about their Trustpilot reviews.

Worst company to ever exist, returning an item is an absolute nightmare. I returned a package after them not fitting, I sent them all the way back to China directly to the supplier like requested and I'm yet to still receive my refund two months on. I've sent hundreds of emails and is the same shitty excuse every time saying "we have forward on your complaint to our senior team"
Do not buy from no matter what, waste of time and a shockingly bad company

NEVER EVER BUY FROM HERE - THE WORST

they said it'd be delivered 3rd dec, i needed them for the 21st, didn't come before then, i went and came back from holiday and the package STILL didnt come. i emailed the team saying i am going home for christmas holidays from uni, which means i wont be at the address so can you hold off delivery or at least extend the 14 day return policy - they said no. so the parcel came, i came back to uni, opened it - its the most SHEIN quality clothing, if not WORSE, costed me over £100, i asked to return it and they said if you want to, you have to pay the shipping fee back to china which is £30. i have never seen a product and customer service this bad honestly.
