I am incredibly frustrated with the abysmal customer service at Decathlon UK regarding my return for order GB5E27ZNM592-A. My return request for R66T Academy Launcher Balls was accepted over a week ago on March 23rd, but trying to actually send the item back has been a nightmare.First, a representative named Dinesh completely misunderstood my case and asked me to provide a "proof of return receipt". I had to explain that I couldn't return the item yet because Decathlon was ignoring my multiple requests for a return label.Then, they passed the buck. They told me the item was from a third-party seller (The R66T Academy) and that they had contacted them for a pre-paid label. On March 26th, Decathlon promised me in writing that if the seller didn't respond within 2 working days, they would update me, and if there was no response in 3 working days, they would take "further internal action to move things forward".It is now past their own deadline, and I have heard absolutely nothing. No updates, no return label, and no refund. The delay is completely unacceptable. If Decathlon allows third-party sellers on their site, they need to take responsibility when those sellers fail to provide basic return services. I am just asking for a simple return label, but instead, I am being strung along and ignored. Avoid ordering third-party items from them!

After previously giving a 5 star review to decathlon I am furious with them. A discount code wouldn’t work on the app and staff in store told me to go ahead and purchase and customer service would sort it after.
I spoke with Yuvadharshini in there customer services and they point blank refused to honour this even after admitting it was there issue and I should have received the discount.
Awful customer service after being a long term customer and spending thousands with them.

Generally ordering things wasn't an issue, the right product would arrive pretty quickly although the one time I needed tk exchange or refund a product it was a bizarre ridiculous experience. Firstly I tried to cancel the order before it was shipped, I emailed and WhatsApp Decathlon although they decided the next day to ship it and then only get back to me after doing so. I promptly returned the item and sent proof of postage although as yet am still awaiting a sizeable refund. It has been a full month since this purchase. I advise if you know exactly what you are buying it should be okay but if you change your mind your in for a really long gruelling process

Buyer beware ! Purchased a Quechua kitchen cabinet, to find that small but vital parts were missing.
Customer service was poor. Over a week to respond. Had to chase, and you refused to post out missing parts ( I live 25 miles from store).
Offered £10 refund. Still prepared to leave me with a product that I can’t use.
Now trying to arrange return. The original product didn’t come with any packaging ( just folded) . I’m now being asked to purchase bubble wrap and cardboard as the courier may refuse to collect.

I bought a Tennis Racket Grip Size 3, but they delivered out a Grip Size 2 instead.
I have been on to both email chat and WhatsApp chat with Decathlon, and it's painfully slow to actually get any help from them, to the point, I've now given up trying to get an exchange and will just file a chargeback.

Product is good, however ordering online is always an issue.
Product shows in stock, it then took a week to contact me to say the product is not in stock.
Postage is always misleading, shows delivery as soon as two working days. However the issue is the amount of time it takes Decathlon to process the order.
Go to the store unless you can two weeks to wait for your order
