Big Pharma Style, not pet lovers.
My vet sold me a bottle of Dechras fish oil supplement, which is packaged in a pump bottle that is not designed to pump the viscosity of the oil. As a result the oil leaks from multiple areas of the pump, even whet its not being pumped.
I called Dechra and they put me through the paces with a bunch of questions and requiring me to take and send photos.
Then said they'd be in touch, that they might need me to send the bottle back and that they would replace my bottle--with one that would arrive at my vet, where I'd need to pick it up.
That was over two months ago and nothing. I was back at the vets a couple weeks ago and mentioned the issue, which they were well aware of. And of course so is Dechra. I sent an email to follow up earlier this week and no reply.
Why not just switch to an appropriate packaging system and stop ghosting your pet owner customers who are trying to take care of their pets. Jeeze.
