Ordered the mop for27.95 & ended up paying $69.14 somehow..the mop is a piece of junk, something you would buy in Dollarama for $. 1- $2…it is flimsy, doesn’t open, useless !!! The ad on facebook looks fantastic but the cloth has nowhere to attach, ad should be removed form Facebook…mop is from DECISIVTE

scammer. saw ads on facebook and bough. product is not as advertised. I bought the cleaning clothes and it literatelly disintegrated on the FIRST wash.
Extra item was added to my cart without my consent and no final total was shown before payment.
As soon as I selected my payment method, the transaction was processed immediately.
I was charged $114 CAD for an item advertised at $19.99 USD.
Deceptive and unacceptable.
I also posted two warnings in the comments section of their Facebook ad and both were deleted.
On an item that cost $49.99 I was charged $15.75 tax. I still have not received an answer as to why
I ordered several packs of dishtowels at the end of Nov and got a confirmation email soon after. Received 2 emails telling me how to track my package; one on Dec 10 and the second on Dec 15. That is the last I heard from them. There is no way, of course, to reach them in person or even via a customer service email address. I did hit 'reply' to one of their early emails and asked for an update but don't figure that will actually reach anyone. *2/6/26 update: Product arrived about 2 months after I placed the order. They smelled weird and the design print on them began to break down on the first use. So they DID arrive but the quality is questionable.
Selling “Swedish reusable paper towels”. Item arrived 2 months after purchase. Smells horrible like pure chemicals. Does not absorb. Design printed on reusable paper towels comes off and gets all over anything your hands and anything you’re trying to clean. Paid $40. Customer support offered $4, then $7, then $13. I was also told I would have to mail them back to the “China warehouse” and that shipping costs would be high”.
