The worst company I have dealt with in…

The worst company I have dealt with in years. After asking for a cancellation on an autorenewal I was told it wasn’t possible ‘because they had just done an update’. Avoid at all cost.

waste of time, greedy company who doesnt care about it's consumers

forced me to write everything i want for the slide in detail, only to then be greeted with subscriptions. i need to pay to get what i want 🤡

wasted my time, didnt told me to pay before i wrote all the details for the slide i want. wont recommend a greedy company who doesnt care about their users and only cares about the money

Doesn't work. Waste of money and Time

Doesn't work. Waste of money. And the customer service team do not fairly give refunds when things go wrong.
I paid for a monthly membership. The AI software has not processed the presentation. I had to use a different manual Powerpoint software instead.

On the border between bad product and advertising fraud

As the previous one wrote no wonder they don't offer a trial!!
I asked the dectopus ai to create a 40 minute web hosting introduction presentation for me and he created 10 slides in total and those with text and mostly images wrongly selected.
Unfortunately I lost my money. Luckily I had paid for 1 month and not a yearly subscription...

Terrible

Terrible. if you are doing presentations for nursery kids it may suffice...No wonder they don't offer a trial!! You can't edit the powerpoint download because it is downloaded as an image. I thought this was going to save me time getting a powerpoint together but it is useless. Even the functionality on the web designer extremely limited. Awful.

Decktopus is a great platform! I was able to create a clean, smart, and professional-looking presentation in just a few minutes!

I love the option to add forms and collect information from the respondents. And you can also add your voice, videos, and GIFs on a slide!
