Super fast delivery and interaction with the company.
I was a little apprehensive due to the low price, but the coving is exceptionally good. Better then the ones you get from the national retailers.

Found what I was looking for straight away, ordered placement with no fuss and deliver received on time.

Normally great delivery and when there is the odd hitch due to perhaps a carrier not delivering on time you are able to get to speak to someone very easily. I would definitely use them again.

Ordered product on Sunday arrived Wednesday. Great service.

By their mistake they sent my order twice and then went stroppy and squabbled when I was not prepared to print out the paperwork for the return of the second delivery.
We never had to do this for other companies (usually the delivery guy comes with a prepared sticker) and the way Davuka thought it was just normal for us to do part of their logistical work rubbed us up the wrong way.

I think this company has some really good products and this is the third order I have placed with them for coving and adhesives. Their website is clear and easy to navigate with good amount of information to describe each product. The technical advise is clear and helpful to enable you to make the right choices with products and how to fix them. I made an error in my shopping basket having modified the quantity but not updated the basket and would have received inadequate adhesive quantity, but an observant person at Davuka phoned me to query this and it was corrected so that I received the right amount.

Very pleased with service and products, even when I had a problem with one item sent there was no trouble sending a replacement.
I have used the Artex coving in the past but found this a lot easier to use did not need two people to put up the long pieces .

Good product but I had some minor difficulties with delivery - not sure if that was Davuka or their courier TNT to blame. Nevertheless I'd still recommend them.

Item was delivered very quickly following my order and using Collect + meant that there was no chasing a courier around or waiting for the post office to open.
The coving was a doddle to use and finished off a tiled bathroom very neatly.
