Very frustrating, time consuming, bad customer service
I have been waiting 4 weeks for my certificates and they still have not arrived. Applied March 6th, it is now April 3rd!
I need them asap as I m going on holiday and need to apply for a new passport.
The chat service on their website, you wait for ages and it says you are number 1 in the queue, then says there is no one there and to email instead.
Numerous emails, have to wait days for someone to reply, even given a new email for 'lost deliveries' to be told that it will be re-sent and I will have within a few days, that she would monitor and make sure it is dealt with, still nothing and no reply to my emails to her (Sarah Wilson), been waiting 9 days and still nothing.
The phone number just rings and rings and then says to call back later. I must have made about 40-50 of these calls and still never been able to speak to one person!
I had to wait around 6-8 weeks year for my Son and Daughters last year, they used the excuse that they had been 'lost in the post' also, I should had not gone with them again.
When you apply they state 'a few days' until delivery.
Do not go with this company unless you would like to wait weeks and weeks, if you are in a rush and do not like to have to send countless emails and never be able to talk to anyone by phone, very stressful and time consuming, totally spoilt my experience of changing to my husbands name, which should be a nice experience. Lets hope I can get my passport in time for our Honeymoon :(
