I was looking for a decent stack and after checking a few websites and not being entirely happy with there offers I had a look at deep blue. They always seem to offer the best brands at cheap prices, free delivery only took 2 days to arrive, overall great company, would highly recommend!

Due to a problem with their website I had to ring up to complete the order. The member of staff I spoke to was polite and friendly. My only complaint is that I didn't receive the free pill pot and shaker which would have been automatically added had it went through online, the staff member I spoke to said he'd include them but when the goods arrived they had not. Mistakes can happen though and all in all I'd recommend them and use them again in the future.

I have used various supplement sites over the last few years and Deep Blue are up there with the best. Delivery was quick (delivered within two days from ordering) and product was exactly what I ordered. Good competitive prices, definitely recommend.

Ordered goods on Sunday night and they were delivered on Tuesday lunchtime. Update emails sent when order processed and despatched, and an estimated time of delivery given - wonderful customer service.

All said, I put an order in, pop out for a couple of hours, and come back to see that the package had already been shipped. Top service, have already used deepblue for fightwear and they're brilliant

Good products and good delivery time but on the webside it said spend over £40 an recieve a free shaker or tablet pill box and i never recieved either. Yes their products are good and delivery is very good but don't advertise free gifts on the site if the customer dosent recieve it. I also emailed deepbluesupplements abiut this matter but haven't had any replay. Thanks...

The worst customer service I have ever encountered in my entire life. I am still waiting to hear back about an order despite several emails to various destinations. Unbelievable. The very worst.

I ordered late on a 15th October and received confirmation of this later that evening. On the 16th I receive an email that tells me my order will be dispatched between 1-3 days, so I thought I would receive my order by the latest of 22nd October.

I phoned up on the 23rd October querying where the order was, and it finally transpires that they had ran out of one of the products ordered and were not expecting it in until the next day. But it was ok as they were going to get it in the next day and will dispatch the next day.

It actually dispatched 2 days later and my order was finally with me a full 11 days after I had placed my order.

I wouldn't have minded, but at no stage did anybody inform me that the order was going to be delayed or even offer an apology.

This isn't the first time this has happened to me either, I will seriously consider my options when making my next purchase.

Got the supplements and everything and the delivery was great its just they called me up after i had ordered saying they brought the wrong flavour, most the time supplements have to be forced down our throat because of the taste and when buying this specific flavour because i like the taste, it was misleading. other than that, great company, good deals.
