Just slightly worse than the big streaming services in every way. The app often just doesn't function at all, is extremely slow to load and often music I've downloaded doesn't play when im not online. Been using it for about 5 years and although I hate supporting a monopoly like Spotify I can honestly say it is useless

Anti-AI platform. It would be one thing if they just didn't allow at all or were only targeting spam but to censor all AI artists and not to allow them to get any organic plays is crazy.

Deezer? More like Deez Nuts.

It’s a amazing app it’s really easy to use and I do love listening to music I love how at the end of the month it gives you your stats and how much music you have been listening too I love how you can make your own playlists and share with others it’s a great app and there is no faults 😀

I have been using Deezer for a long time, (shoutout to Yannick who makes really good playlists) but after finding out they are owned by a company who's CEO is pro zionist, and who's disgusting whatsapp chat has been uncovered, i will have to unsubscribe.

Scammers. Was offered 3 months for price of 1 but got 1. They say it’s because I did it through the app but don’t worry come back after the month and we will add the extra 2 months. A: I followed the link you sent so not my fault if it went through an app. B: repeatedly refuse to acknowledge me now my month is up and you need to add the extra 2 months. On top of this Deezer is shockingly bad and not even worth the free trial let alone paying for it. I have searched many times for certain tracks only for it not to exist with Deezer yet everyone else had it 🤷‍♂️. Avoid them like the plague as just not worth the money or hassle.

I've been with this service more than 5 years. Started with single profile for free. I've noticed better sound quality than the other services. Now I am on Deezer family hi-fi, excellent service easy to use and relatively cheap. Thanks.

Upgraded to Duo subscription. Deezer took money, failed to resolve issue, refused to contact me to help resolve. Constant emails requesting data they already had. After many months forced to cancel and Deezer refused to refund me for service charged but never received. Not a company or service to be recommended.

I am absolutely appalled by Deezer’s complete lack of competence and outright disregard for customers. For six weeks I was locked out of accessing music or content, despite endless assurances from their support team that the issue was “resolved.” Time and time again I was told to clear my browser cache, disable my VPN, you name it, none of which made the slightest difference.

After dragging this farce on for more than a month, they finally admitted defeat by accusing me of violating unspecified “terms and conditions” a claim they couldn’t substantiate when pressed. Rather than own up to their failure, they invented a policy breach to avoid doing the one thing they’re paid to do: fix service issues.

Deezer’s only consistent talent is extracting subscription fees from users for a platform they don’t actually support. Their support staff is unresponsive, unhelpful, and seems to have no idea how to resolve even the most basic access problems. I wouldn’t trust this company with my money. Steer clear.

I barely use it, but now I keep getting 'newsletters' that I didn't ask for. There is no direct unsubscribe link in the email, only to change notification settings on your account. So I decided to delete it.
In order to delete my account, I needed to enter my password, which I don't have because signed up with Google, so I had to recover my password and set a new one. Far too much trouble to simply unsubscribe from newsletters.

They defend violators of infringement of my right of publicity and are not willing to take any action.
They say they will only take action if I register the trademark.
In other words, they intend to demand a payment of over 100,000 yen just for that.
I have notified them myself and provided evidence, so how can they continue to do this?
This is a criminal company that actively protects free riders who continue to use my name without my permission.
Please delete your account immediately.

I like Deezer a lot. Using it for years. I love the HiFi quality when at home!

Deezer is so annoying. I just wanted to try it for a trial period to compare it with Spotify But they've got it onto my startup page and it fills the whole screen! As if this is the most important activity I want each time I switch on. No, Deezer, I don't. I want to see my wallpaper and then, I'll go to e-mails first.
Please, Deezer, get out of my face!

Bug intempestifs disfonctionnement sans cesse je pense sincèrement a partir chez Spotify

The best experience for me of collecting and managing the library of my favourite music compared to Apple Music and even Spotify. Also the recommendation algorithm and curated playlists make me discover muuuuuuche more new good music! I love the app!!!

Très simple, complet, de bonnes suggestions et une bonne qualite
