I bought a cap a month ago - I have received nothing but a confirmation, no information, nothing. they have taken the money and said it is on its way, but nothing has happened. they have stolen my money and i can not contact them by phone or mail.

Very bad experience with Defshop.com
I am having the same issue with defshop as pretty much everyone else. I have returned a bunch of clothes to them and I can see that they received my package on march 18, 2021. Today it is april 6, 2021, and I still have not heard a single word from them. I have sent them 2 emails and I have tried calling them but I am being completely ignored.
Its kinda funny. When you order they are very quick to deliver your stuff but once you need a refund they don't really seem to care. Money talks I guess.
I figured I would let everyone know what you are dealing with when you are shopping on defshop. They are all about the money and don't care for the customer service. Very sad indeed.
If I have not heard anything from them by the end of this week I am gonna have to take this case to the next step. I refuse to be treated this way.

I order 8 pieces of clothing for € 200, they send me 5 pieces and totally the wrong clothes, I have send already a handfull mails but after three weeks they don't ever do the effort to answer ...
In the past they were oké,
now I wouldn't recommend this webshop to anyone.

i tried to contact the company even tried calling, no answera, texted them on facebook, still no answer. i wanted to change the shoe size. this seems very unprofesional. i do not recomend, i would love my money back, for the unspeakebly bad service. really just a bunch of scamers

Pengen bliver trukket et par dage efter.
Den 26.09.18 skriver jeg en mail til dem - for at få en status.
Intet svar.
Den 28.09.18 skriver jeg til dem på messenger - får svar den 1.10.18.
“Hello Lars, thank you for your message. We have some delays at the moment with shipping. I checked your order, and everything is okay with it.Our shipping department is still preparing the parcel, and it will be shipped soon.”
Den 4.10.18 er min bestilling forsat ikke afsendt. Jeg annullere min ordre .
Nu er jeg spændt på om mine penge komme retur i samme tempo , som de træk dem fra min konto.
