This website is a scam located in Bulgaria so they can sidestep the rules and laws of this country and make it hard to remove fake reviews. They post unverified reviews from people who are not and never have been customers. Their site says that you can leave a reply to a review, but when you click on the reply button, it doesn't work. If you try to contact them they say to leave a reply/comment on the questionable review and they will get back to you. Well, if it won't let you reply, it won't allow you to get any customer service or accountability for the site operator. Finally, if you click on their non-review policy, it goes to a blank page. It is unfortunate that a website like this exists. It almost feels as if this site was created by a reputation management company to scam people into paying another site run by them to remove the reviews (for a fee) I can't say for sure, just makes me suspicious. Anything you read from their site should be taken with a grain of salt as this whole site seems to be a scam used to get marketing traffic. Use at your own risk.

It's a website based on an extorsion model.

It allows competitors, frenemies and spiteful people to vent their frustrations anonymously, and then they ask for money to remove the false and defamatory statements.

Part of the fault here is also on Google which shockingly lists it in its results.

Just another blackmail fake and non-American company that scraps the web for local US businesses and then mixes up a few of their worst reviews here and there, or fabricates a completely new one and posts it as a genuine review, and then offers the business owner "Online Reputation Management" services to remove such bad reviews. When you hit the lowest possible, this is your idea of running a business. A shameless blackmail service.

There are a number of dodgy fake review extortion scam websites run I believe by the same people. foxonlaw.com another fake review scam site is now redirected to defaulters.com foxonlaw.com was for a time redirected to other fake review scam sites defrauders.com and nameandshame.com

Defamation and slander is a criminal offence in Bulgaria. Some of the sites claim to be in Bulgaria. If you have a problem with one of these dodgy sites submit a crime report to the Bulgarian Police mvr.bg

THESE ARE scam artists scraping the internet for bad reviews hoping you will contact them and pay them to take it down, REP MNGMT,SAYS THEY CAN PAY THEM -to take it down,,one of mine was recanted,VERY UGLY NASTY PEOPLE,if they were in the U.S. they could be in trouble-section 230 does not protect them from the content they are RE posting,IT IS NOT the original site they cannot RE POST OR put up (IN GOOD FAITH) CONTENT THAT'S BEEN REDACTED.

This is a scam Bulgarian website with fake reviews of small companies in the US. They extort money from small business owners to remove fake bad reviews.
