I ordered my second telephone carry case from this company. My first one lasted five years before showing wear. That is with me carrying it in my back pocket everyday. My second one came very fast and is made with quality materials. Thank you.

I ordered an iPhone 17 pro case & received an iPhone 17 case, which won’t fit my phone. After a couple of emails I discovered the company doesn’t do refunds but if I paid to send it back, & reordered, they would send the 17 pro case, which they do indeed make. So I sent the case back & reordered, and got the SAME 17 case again. Have requested a refund since this is still not a case I can use and have yet to hear from them.
UPDATE 4-17-26: Within a day of posting this review, I was contacted by the Defender Team ( a total of 7 emails!) and was refunded for both incorrect cases, a well as expediting the order of the correct case. Their suggestion was that they might have an incorrect link on their web page, and were looking into the problem. Their responses were above and beyond what I expected, and we could all wish to receive such service on all of our transactions! I now have a new case ( my second defender case) and feel that both my expensive phone and my self are well protected.

Very enjoyable experience! I received my warranty item shipped pretty quickly and they resolved my issue promptly!

My headphones stopped working on the right side. I emailed them right away and they sent me out a new pair! I would work with this company again as they stand by their product!

The product arrived in a timely fashion. The case looks awesome. It came with several different pieces to try. I found it a little difficult to rewind the air tube around the peace they had in the container so that the air tubes don't crease. I was very disappointed that I was not able to connect it to my phone. It looks like I need another piece to add to it to connect it to my phone when I went back to look at what I ordered on the website the picture showed that the earbuds had the right connector for my phone. However when you click on the picture it shows another connector at the end of the air tubes and there is no choice to switch it back. So it was a bit confusing.

The ear buds were not compatible with my iPhone 14. I wish there was more help in figuring out the correct size adapter to make it work. Therefore I returned the earbuds and bought a different brand that work great.

Customer service was responsive and really good about helping me figure out sizing. I got the lightweight adult beanie and it's definitely a quality product made well...it was just too big for my small head!

I am assuming that the shield protects me as it says it does. It is a sturdy cover for my phone and I can hear when it is closed. I just hope it is protecting me!

I had a minor problem with my headphones and they have been promptly replaced. I am amazed. Perfect service.

Seems like a good product. ***** Update! After using for a couple of weeks I can say I love this product!

I received my order very quickly, which I appreciated. While both products had issues upon arrival, the way the company handled the situation ultimately exceeded my expectations.
Headphones:
Only one side worked out of the box. I followed all the provided troubleshooting steps, but the issue could not be resolved.
Universal Tablet Protector (Up to 11”):
Although my tablet is 10.5”, the fit was too tight and the case completely blocked the rear camera, making it unusable.
Initially, I was frustrated by the delay in communication after submitting a return request on March 18, 2026. However, once customer support reached out, they went above and beyond to make things right. My feedback was thoughtfully addressed and shared with their quality control team.
While the products themselves didn’t work out for me, the customer service was outstanding—professional, considerate, and solution-focused. Because of how effectively they resolved the issue, I’m confident in giving a 5‑star rating and would consider purchasing again in the future.

I ordered their air tube headphones and within a couple months they stopped working. They sent me a replacement since it was within the one year warranty, but the replacement also stopped working within a few months. When I asked about another replacement or an overall refund, they said that they could not help me. Good customer service poor quality products.

I had an issue with a product that stopped working right before the warranty expired. The sales person was very lovely, very helpful and I received the new replacement product in a week.
I was very happy!!

Delivery was faster than estimated, the glasses fit and work as described.
