I have the worst experience with Degiro
I have the worst experience with Degiro investment platform. I have a large percentage of my savings stuck in the account. I created it when I was in Berlin, and then I moved to UK. I couldn’t find any support to move the money to the UK account. I have been trying to do it for 4 years. Dealing with their customer support team with no help provided. My money is still stuck, and after 4 years, I have no resolution. ...I am still waiting for them to follow up that they said they would.

No KYC done; Irresponsive/non-helpful customer service
Since I have German residence permit and Indian Passport, my KYC couldnt be done through usual process. And even after several attempts at reaching out to their KYC team and customer support team, I got no response, even though they claim to be available 24x7; 365 days. Wouldn´t recommend for this reason!

Missing 2118 Euro from my account
I am missing around 2118 Euro because of repeated wrong internal transactions of Degiro. I have shared my complaints 4 times in the last year, however, I neither got a good response nor my money back! Only response I got was that it was a necessary internal correction!

Every hour of every business day, a calculation is made to determine if more money has been added to your DEGIRO account, or whether more money has been spent.

Customer Service in freefall
No longer the Customer Service they once offered. Formal complaints not responded within legal period of 8 weeks -- even not after 11 weeks and multiple reminders.
It takes long for getting feedback on email requests. When calling the service desk, they cannot provide info on status of inquiries, and try to get rid of you as fast as possible.
