do not trust DELIBLISS products

i don't encourage anyone buy color hair dye from this website, they are unprofessional and scammers, i ordered 2 black grey color they provided 2 green yellow and 2 pink blue, they said it's minor mistake they said what i received are beautiful color if i don't like i can give them as gift, i asked for refund and send them back their product they refused to take the responsibility of shipping and they asked me to pay for that plus i pay for insurance and when they receive it they check 1st if it's in good condition then then they decide to make refund or not, i have all the conversations and pictures, it's their mistake but they want me to put all their responsibilities on my shoulder.
