Ordering was easy, no problems with delivery but was expensive at £7 but thought it would be worth it for quality veg.

How disappointing and annoying that a bag of courgettes smashed (2 broken into pieces), over 50% of apples bruised - even punctured and 2 cucumbers had obviously been stored at too low a temperature so were soggy and inedible.

I emailed them about the problems and received response and a refund a day later but no gesture of good will for inconvenience.

I won't be ordering again.

The variety and quality of the produce is fab and much better than what you can get in supermarkets. Their delivery drivers are lovely too.

Wow!

Just amazing. First of all the incredible turn around at the beginning of the c-19 lockdown to turn this from a company that delivered exclusively to restaurants, to a home delivery service is nothing short of astounding.

This is a very complex operation, little things go wrong all the time, this is absolutely nothing to worry about - it's just life!

But the thing that really makes it okay are the lovely support staff, Emma is a STAR!! Endlessly patient, always happy to deal with any problems, quick to show gratitude and appreciation and to solve any problems.

I have used DeliFresh exclusively for all my food since March, and I have nothing but the highest praise for these lovely, honest, decent, caring people!!

You know they donated all their delivery charges to charity to help others? Why? There was no reason for them to do this... yet they did!

In a world full of callous, mean-spirited nasty business owners who thonk they are something special - these people restore my faith in humanity!!
