Bad and rude driver

28/6/2024... 7am bus from jb larkin to melaka sentral ... Very bad experience.. driver very rude... Before going in the bus he accusing us of bringing food to the bus even though we told him we are not bringing any food... Then he was shouting to other passengers as well... There we an elderly women with just a bottle of mineral water but he were very rude and talking very loudly to her saying make sure dont make dirty n dont spill the water because 'U PEOPLE ALWAYS MAKES DIRTY'... then he still not satisfied with us and he approach us again when we were in the bus and said to us again "I KNOW PEOPLE LIKE U OR I KNOW U PEOPLE ALL LIKE TO SIT BEHIND THEN WILL THROW SAMPAH EVERY SIDE OR BEHIND OF THE SEAT.... How can a driver say that to a passenger.. we already told him multiple times that we did not bring any food but he keep on harassing us... And then there comes another passenger who brought some mcdonald but he talks properly to her because its his race... He is so racist... Worst experience ever.. delima u need to take action bout this.. this indian man does not fit to to this job...

Bad experience

During my trip from Kuala Lumpur to Singapore, the ride was generally good and the driver arrived on time but when we reached Singapore immigration checkpoint, the driver abandoned me even though I spend less than 20 minutes at the immigration so I had to arrange my own transportation to get to downtown. I will certainly make sure to never use this bus service again.

Worst rude driver For Delima Bus Company

Worst rude driver ever. No manner at all in talking to customer. Talk like as if we dont understand their language. Seremban-JB - Singapore journey. You guys should hire atleast a mannerable people in this positition next time. Not the kind of people who only know how to talk rude to customer. Very bad Experience for a first time using this bus company. People are not paying expensive ticket for being shouted by the driver for just bringing mineral water on board.

Terrible and dangerous

The driver for the bus I took from Malaca Malaysia to Singapore left without waiting for us at the custom control ! We were at least 6 person in that situation. In my case, I was travelling alone as a women so that left me alone in a very unsafe situation. More other, some of my belongings were in the bus and are now lost. The customs had a long queue for non Malaysian passports. Plus the driver was not addressing the passengers in English so I did not know I needed to take all my belongings.
It's terribly disappointing and left me alone at the customs at night. A dangerous situation for a woman alone.
The communications when trying to retrieve my belongings was erratic !!!

Worst experience ever

At first the journey was fine since the seats were comfortable until I got to the crossway and the driver kept yelling at me because I forgot my luggage at the Malaysian borders. Then after going through the sg customs and taking 25mins overall because it was quite a long wait, he left me stranded with the bus nowhere in sight. I had to take a cab straight it my destination. I've never encountered such a horrible experience in my life, never again.

Dangerous Driver

On 21.5.23 I took a 3pm Delima Express Bus (BMD3989) from Terminal Bersepadu Selatan to Terminal Sentral Melaka.

The lackdaisical attitude of the driver was very concerning to say the least. He was listening to his earbuds and swaying his body all along the journey. Constantly reaching out to the dashboard to get something. Turning the steering wheel left and right according to the music he listened to. Careless and dangerous. And he obviously are not aware of the dangers he's putting the full busload under. WORSE is the company did not give any feedback on what preventive measures they have taken after I emailed them with pics to support. It seems they just swept it under the rug.

Bus driver went missing

We were to catch a 10am service from Melaka due to arrive in JB at 2.. Alas the bus was delayed 40 minutes...then we finally boarded.
Only to travel about 100 m before our bus stopped and the driver left!!
There was no explanation or info given to 30 passengers. Over an hour we sat there with no idea what was happening. Someone opened the bus door, so we could get out.
There were license checks, the driver did not have his on him !!
Finally another bus and driver came. We were on our way at after 12 oclock. !! Finally arrived at JB around 4pm . A 6 hour trip!! Not happy.

Frustrating ride with Delima

I took a Delima bus from Melaka Central To Singapore at about 1200 noon. The diver is an Indian. Four of us occupied the front rows.
1. He play his Indian music very loudly.
2.He was on the phone while driving.
3. He detoured along the way to pick up 4 Indian passengers
4. He has a lady passenger seated on the from step and practically chatting all the way to Johor.
5. He so-call made a Toilet stop along the highway to let three Indian passengers to alight.
6. He drove pass the immigration queue to send the lady passenger somewhere to let her alight.
7. When we were in Johor immigration, he shouted and asking for passengers to join the bus and collect each $2 for the trip. It goes to his shirt pocket.
8. At the Singapore immigration, he has left without bothering to wait.

Never Never ever will we recommend your bus service

Traumatic experience with Delima bus

I booked a ticket with Delima bus scheduled at 9.30pm. My friend and I were at the gates at 9.15pm but around 9.35pm, the status of the bus arrival changed from on time to delayed. At this time my friend decided to go to the toilet as she badly needed to relieve herself. Shortly after she left the bus arrived. I was able to board the bus but the driver decided to close the doors while my friend was 10 seconds away running towards the bus. I was pleading with the driver that my friend is the one rushing towards us but he kept ignoring me and seemed to enjoy my misery. My friend is a tourist from abroad and her things are with me when I boarded the bus. Realizing that all her belongings are with me, I pleaded with the driver that I needed to get off the bus. He instead stopped in the middle of the highway and dropped me off while buses are rushing from all directions. I was carrying four large bags while running back TBS in the middle of the highway. This experience has traumatized me because I almost got hit by an approaching bus. This bus line has to investigate their driver for putting my life in danger and recklessly abandoning a tourist without her belongings with her.

I wanted to officially make it public…

I wanted to officially make it public about the Delima bus which me and my wife took from Malacca Sentral on 4-1-2020 at 7pm Gate D platform 16. We reached JB Sentral customs around 10-45pm and we were told by the driver to carry all our bags with us and we did. At the customs check there were so many people so we were cleared about 11-10pm and we quickly proceed to the bus pick up point. We waited there until 1150pm but the bus was no where to be seen and we left JB by SBS bus to Singapore customs. After checking out from Singapore customs we walk to the taxi stand and took a taxi home which cost us $35. I want the Delima management to make sure their drivers be more responsible as leaving customers stranded in JB Sentral is very, very ,very irresponsible

Bad experience with VERY RUDE BUS DRIVER

Return trip from Malacca to Singapore on 4 Dec 11a.m, BMP2933. We met a very rude bus driver who scolded us when we asked him for the embarkation form, we asked the staff at the boarding pass counter for the form and he told us to get it from bus driver. After the Singapore custom, the bus driver insisted on going off even though he saw my relatives going down on the escalator. I took a picture of the bus and he let us board the bus. If I hadn't taken a picture of the bus, we would have gotten stranded.

Not even worth a star especially for 1 particular RUDE INDIAN DRIVER! No manners! Bad attitude! I don't have any problem with other Delima bus driver except this. To driver WVM 8933 630PM 3.8.19 FROM SG TO MALACCA, u are such a barbarian! We passenger did not owe u a single penny! I believed this is not ur first time to get complain by passenger. And u claim u are not afraid at all. Shame on u!

Worst even service that we had - BKV 1933

Worst even service that we had from Malacca so Singapore on 16 June by BKV 1933. Driver is extremely terrible. We were threaten to bring down all the luggage at Johore custom else he will throw all the luggage away. Who know he ended up thrown the luggage on the floor before we even have chance to take it ourselves. He even claimed that we are no satisfied, don't even take this bus company any more.The worst experience is after we cleared Johore custom, he didn't want to open the lower compartment for us to store the luggage and were asked to carry all up to the bus. Same things happened after Singapore custom. If we are not allow to store the luggage there, then please notified us earlier before we board the bus at Malacca.He even scolded the passenger for closed the individual air-con, not allow to drink for the journey of 4 hours plus and even those who adjusted the window curtain. He even end up arguing with the passenger. We didn't expect to receive such bad service from driver that is not customer oriented. Not too sure if his comment will be handle, just hope some improvement is in place for future service.

Delima disaster

On a return trip from Malacca to Singapore Delima left us stranded! Going through immigration entering Singapore the lines were so long when we got through the bus was gone with another 25kilometeres to our destination! We had a very expensive cab fare and did not appreciate being left stranded because it is not the service we payed for. We also missed a traditional dinner as this was the last night of our holiday. The fact they did not tell us they were leaving was appalling! If you are considering this trip check that they will wait for you as the non Singapore Malay immigration lines are longer.

Bus waiting time is too short at…

Bus waiting time is too short at singapore immigration, and we just use 10mins at the immigration but when came out the bus already run after we waiting the bus 30mins at the immigration there.
