Absolute shambles of a company. Turned up late. Very rude unprofessional staff. Refused to move American fridge freezer as they couldnt dissassemble fridge freezer doors. This was explained during the booking.Hence I asked for a cancellation which was agreed over the phone by the staff at my property who rang head office and a full refund was agreed. When I chased the refund later they said it was against company policy and they cannot refund. Set of cowboys! I am now considering legal action.

These people were hired by any van never trust these people they dismantled my wardrobe thst i had payed for and distroyed it they then dumped all my home move in my livingroom and kitchen they dont care about you or your belongings even the bed was stuffed up the stairs so i could not get passed there a bunch if cowboys.

Excellent Delivery Service used for first time in Stevenage food was hot and driver really polite guy. Will be using again.
