So happy Delivereasy has come to Motueka! It’s really easy to order, delivery is always quite prompt, and the best part is I don’t have to leave the house when I’m not feeling quite like it! It’s also great to know it’s created more jobs for New Zealanders(Drivers). I’m more than happy to support that, especially with such an affordable delivery fee.

Good quality food and prompt delivery. Additionally an easy to use app.

Was out with my family at the beach and used this service to bring us food. The store ws ordered from was literally 5 minutes down the road but we did not want to risk losing our parking space.

Food took roughly 20 minutes to be prepared then I recieved a notification the food was 20 minutes away. Merchant is saying it was"14 minutes" either way the food was ice cold. Unedible..

I made contact about it and got a refund for the sauces that was not delivered but they do not have a care in the world our meant to be HOT food arrived COLD. With no source of heating around us.

They still refuse to do anything about it so if you want to order hot food and receive it cold by all means use this company.

All but one thing. The chicken was not very hot. But a quick zap in the microwave fixed that!!
The order was here before its due time, though!

Quick, easy and exactly what I wanted :)

I accidentally ordered to my workplace, not home (my mistake). When the driver arrived, I got a call checking it was the right place, because he didn't feel comfortable leaving my order outside a shop. When I realised my mistake, they re-delivered to my house. I know this was my fault but the service from DeliverEasy was unmatched.

Great to have this service available, had unexpected guest so just put in our order and was here in no time. Excellent customer service.

Once you order is placed- they keep changing your delivery time and don’t offer you any options to cancel. I’ve been waiting 1 hour and 10 mins for something that would have taken me 20 min drive down the road. Now they have just notified me it will take another 30 mins. No options for refund- they’ve got my money and me hostage to an expensive low quality service.

Friendly helpful customer services, when needed, that resolve all issues unlike DD that's late with order issues and a nightmare to get only partly resolved more offen than not. Thank you delivereasy just do more deals and specials and you will be unstoppable

We were part of the Deliver Easy event for WOAP where you can order burgers from different restaurants. The whole thing was completely seamless. We had a great time eating some great food and the Deliver Easy crew were helpful and charming. The service was absolutely excellent.

Overall a good service, never had any issues, on occasion it maybe a little late but that would come down to alot of factors, so no stress 🤗

I've used delivereasy several times. It's always wonderful and if there are any concerns, their customer service team is amazing, easy to contact and sort things quickly. They have a great selection and quick delivery. I love that I'm supporting a kiwi company as well.
