Excellent service and generally easy to use. Only small complaint is that the website is not always helpful:
- it would not let me change a postcode when I wanted to update a collection address
- there was absolutely no information about how the payment for a courier was organised until after I had accepted an offer
- I had to contact them to find out how to get to the courier's feedback after I had accepted his offer. It turned out to be very simple, but again it was not explained anywhere on the site
