I received old tatty redundant stock…

I received old tatty redundant stock being sold as new and when I came to return it . They made every excuse under the sun not to take the items back complaining it had dust on it. I do a lot of pools and new builds with basements, i will never buy from this company, the owner is rude and arrogant. Once you buy anything they will make every excuse not to take the items back. I do not recommend anyone to use this cowboy joint.

Completely and utterly untrustworthy.

I have had the misfortune of having a third party foist this bunch of shysters upon me.

"Shyster /ˈʃaɪstər/ is a slang word for someone who acts in a disreputable, unethical, or unscrupulous way, especially in the practice of ... or business."

Their employees tell blatant lies to third parties solely to make their jobs easier and to abrogate themselves of any and all responsibility. Michael Vernon of Delta Membranes attended my property and told me he'd been waiting almost an hour when I'd only been away for 19 minutes. He was obviously suffering from Mon morning blues. When he told me who he was and why he was there I asked why they sent him and not the relevant engineer that I was expecting. He then turned to me and asked "Well shall I just f*** off then?" I, astonished, said he could if he wanted to. Unfortunately, he decided to stay.
I showed him the work area and said "I'll leave you to it, if you need me I'll be upstairs." Three minutes later he came upstairs and said that the alarm was going off and it was probably because of x", which was exactly what I'd reported and why he was there. Some investigation???
Later that week I received a call from a third party Co that informed me that Michael Vernon had informed them that I'd refused him access to conduct his investigation. A blatant and bare-faced lie. He then left without a goodbye or giving me an indication as to what was to happen next.
I intend to use this review as the basis for a complaint to Delta's MD, Brian Davison (so I'm told, I don't trust anything from this Co anymore) and I'll update here when I hear back from them.
By the way this is a very truncated version, Vernon was extremely rude, arrogant and full of his own self importance. Never have I felt so underwhelmed by a company representative or so privileged to be in the presence of such a self aggrandising ne'er do well.
