Slow order processing

Order was placed April 3rd and didn’t ship until April 16- I had purchased 2-3 day shipping as well.

Where is the rest of my order? I got the checks, but where is the stamp? I paid extra to have two day shipping, but the slowness of completing this order made that a waste of money.
