Scammed me out of deposit…
Scammed me out of deposit…. Called me to book appointment which I needed to pay a deposit for. The day before my appointment they canceled my appointment via text and told me I needed to pay the deposit again to re-book this appointment. I called to explain I have already paid the deposit but told that due to a previously missed appointment my deposit was used to cover the cancellation fee. They didn’t tell me this when I paid the deposit for he new appointment… they apologised but nothing there was they could do and I would therefore need to pay the deposit again. I Feel completely mislead and was blatantly lied to in order to get me to pay the cancellation fee. That’s just not how you do business. Shame as I wouldn’t trust them again.
Don’t do card payments over the phone with these guys.

Very pleasant and professional practice but do not expect to be welcomed as a customer if you object to regular standard compulsory check ups and assessment charges to top your bill up.
