I WOULD GIVE NO STARS IF I COULD THE PAIN TIME AND MONEY I HAD TO SPEND AFTER GOING THERE AND THEY WON'T REFUND ME WHAT A NARCISSIST
I had the most horrible experience
the office so unorganized and chaotic, too many appointments at once and being shuffled around the rooms and sitting in waiting room for hours. They replaced one crown and left cement in my mouth, that caused an infection and ruined my nerve. I had to go to urgent care for antibiotics and then endure 2 hours of having cement removed then had to get a root canal by my dentist here in USA. They will not refund my money stating they did nothing wrong. I would never recommend her malpractice. Terrible customer service. and she over charged me 755.16 and I had to spend 2500 more to fix her mistakes

Fraud, threats, bodily injury

My experience with Dental Care Croatia is a horror story: Instead of the 3 implants ordered, 4 implants were placed without consultation and approval, and an existing bridge and crowns were removed without approval in order to be able to get 11 crowns and 2 bridges out of a complete price for implant including crowns and bridge. The procedure was extremely invasive, the jaw was painful for weeks, eating only soup, nothing solid, stitches were ingrown because they had been in the mouth for far too long, instead of the EUR 6,900 paid in advance, the crowns/bridge were not inserted after 4 months, but more teeth were ground down and exactly the same was to be paid again. I left with a temporary denture in my left and right lower jaw, the assessment at the dental clinic in Munich: all implants have to be removed, the jaw is inflamed, is extremely receding and inflamed, further health problems due to urticaria caused by the inflamed jaw. Massive threats to immediately pay another EUR 6,700 "in cash" and an immediate return trip to Germany, hotel, flight, travel expenses, all for nothing. Absolute fraud coupled with threats, many bad reviews on Google, which were answered with lies (allegedly incorrect practice, which is not true).
