I renewed my plan and within 24 hrs I realized I couldn’t use it so I called back to see if there was a refund and OF COURSE there wasn’t even when your website says otherwise… I will never use it again nor will I recommend…NO TRUST!
UPDATE:
I did receive a call from management and, due to my circumstances, allowed me to receive a refund from the company.

I have found the peopleworking at…
I have found the peopleworking at dentalplans.com to be "non-listeners". If you call with a specific question, they want to talk to you about other things. For instance, if you want to straighten out an address or a doctors name, "they" want to start asking "you" questions that don't even apply to what you're asking. They are obnoxious and pretend to be all knowing of what your phone call is about when you're not listening at all. I repeat, they don't listen they only want to talk. I have found them so not helpful on every single phone call I've made to them. I end up hanging up.
