Really Really Pleased

I cannot express my thanks enough to Creena and Becca at Dental Sense . Creena explained the work needed and the various costings from the outset . They were lovely - and so quick ! And no pain ! I’m so pleased and grateful and would be very happy recommending Dental Sense to anyone. Thanks again. Adrian

I was kept waiting to hear back if Mr Patel would take my appointment
I didn’t get a call back
Until a week later a email showed up stating I should go to a different dentist to complete my work without any explanation what so ever
I was his NHS patient originally but suddenly he longer accept nhs patients any more
I was not aware of this until I asked the receptionist
Not happy they don’t ever mention while making appointment

Happy Client

Needed an implant & after getting numerous quotes from dentists which were unrealistic I was recommended Miraj Patel @ Dentalsense. I cannot believe what an easy process this has been. Treatment finished today & I have to say I am totally satisfied with my outcome especially as the price was far lower than I had been quoted. Would definitely recommend Miraj & Dentalsense

Unprofessional Service

This morning I received such an unprofessional service from Dr Miraj Patel telling me that I cannot return to their surgery. This is the second time that the price has been different to what was originally told to me over the phone. Recorded calls will have proof of a lower amount being told over the phone by the receptionist.
I had an appointment on the 17th of February 2021 where the price was discussed over the phone which was confirmed at £85. When I went to pay after my appointment, I was told that it was £130, which I contested.
Because I have a backbone to contest Dental Sense in Worcester Park each time they promptly change the price when it’s time to pay, they clearly don’t like the fact that I contest their price changes.
Dr Miraj Patel’s response was everything increases each April, the price can’t stay the same. I spoke to his receptionist two weeks ago booking today’s dental appointment and the price was confirmed at £60 for today’s treatment yet when about to pay I was told it was £65.20.
I again contested this and Dr Miraj Patel came into the room saying each time there is an issue with me and I must not return to the practice which he repeated twice to me.
What a bloody cheek to change the amounts when it’s time to pay.
I certainly will not be going back to your unfriendly and unprofessional practice who changes prices.

Highly recommended

I am a nervous patient and new to the area but I can honestly say my experience was great. I was kept informed at every stage, felt very safe and was constantly reassured. The dentist was gentle and sympathetic along with costing less than I feared. Highly recommend and certainly 5 star treatment!

AVOID !!

Avoid!! Money grabbers. £95 to re-stick a false tooth that fell out. I was in and out in 10 minutes. To make matters worse the first time i visited i needed my other false tooth re-stuck into place. The dentist couldn't even align this correctly, causing discomfort. The tooth was clearly not straight and was placed lower than the other teeth. Bit worrying if a dentist can't stick a false tooth back into place correctly !

TRAUMATISING

TRAUMATISING! I have been to a few dentists in my days, my gums were quite bad-I Explained how nervous I am as a patient, wasn't offered any sedation at all-After an initial painful 16 or so injections I was already in a state of shock- My heart was pounding out of my chest, I ended up with tears streaming down my face before the dentist checked in on me. I think I endured about 25 injections in the end, I could still feel terrible pain throughout treatment. The piece of equipment also broke mid treatment scaring the life out of me! WORST experience of my life and very very pricey! The dentist himself joked around, but I didn't feel reassured at all, more like he didn't care-I explained I feinted after my last appointment with him, not a care given. I explained I was driving home and feared I may feint at the wheel, he joked it off. I managed to get home before passing out. Warning to nervous patients...AVOID -Used a friends google account

I can't recommend this dental practice…

I can't recommend this dental practice highly enough, visited recently as a new patient requiring treatment. I found the reception staff to be most welcoming, approachable, and professional. The dentist and nurse work well together, you feel instantly at ease with them!

Excellent care

I needed some dental work done while on holiday in Poland and was recommended Dental Sense by my Airbnb host. The whole set up is very professional and the care I received was beyond expectations. The scans and pre-treatment photos were thoroughly explained and although I had only been to a UK dentist one month prior to my visit, I was told that in addition to the removal of a tooth and one large filling, I also needed 4 more fillings as well as a second implant to save the tooth above. Luckily the dentist had the time to do the treatments that day, rather than return as planned the following day. it took 2 hours and I will return in 3 months for 2 implants. The only slight complaint was I was unable to access the English language costings on their website and the quote for consultation and treatment was more than quoted on email. However, the quality of treatment was excellent and I will be returning for further treatment.

Broken tooth

I have not been to the dentists in a few years as I am petrified of them. Having broken a tooth I visited Dentalsense on the recommendation of my daughter. Initially I thought the tooth would have to be taken out however today I saw Miraj who saved my tooth and I’m now going on to have two implants to get my smile back . I was looking for every possible excuse to cancel my appointment today but I’m so glad I didn’t and what was a broken yellow tooth is now white and whole so I am thrilled. Miraj made me feel at ease and I didn’t feel a thing. I can wholeheartedly recommend Miraj. Both receptionists made me feel welcome. The practice is clean and modern. I have no hesitation in recommending this practice and their team. I’m looking forward to my new smile 😀
