I received a call the day before letting me know what time I could expect Peter. He arrived on time and made an excellent job of repairing my scratch on the passenger door and also the damaged I had on my front bumper. Peter was a very pleasant person and I would be happy to recommend this company to anyone who needed any small repairs undertaken.

He went the extra mile after some issues with my tyre valves and helped get the job done when others may have left the job to another day.

I had a scuffed bumper repaired today by Dent Wizard under a cosmetic damage repair policy sold by Inchcape. I had no problem rearranging the original appointment by phone, although the website system for doing this was not working. The repair was done very well and you would not know the bumper had been damaged. The technician Kyle CB went to a lot of trouble over this small repair and matched the paint expertly. He was very professional in his approach and also personable to deal with. Recommended.

Great service , James arrived on time, took a lot of care to not damage the car while sorting the alloys out ( as the car is really low), he had also called in advance to make sure the paint was an exact match. Alloys back to looking flawless now. Many thanks James, appreciate your time and effort.

The service, quality of finish appear excellent. The technician, David, managed to mix a perfect match to my son’s alloy wheels. The car had been in at a repair shop previously and they had “been unable” to match the colour.

David kept us up to date as to when he would arrive and kept to the agreed time.

He was friendly, professional and completed an excellent job.

Where do I start with Salem service to repair my car alloys.. He has done an excellent work and now my alloys looks flawless.. Absolute like a new alloys fitted.. Salem is excellent at his work and does know what he is doing.. He also provide advice on how to get alloys washed and informed me about the pros and cons. A very professional man who will do this work at the best. I would highly recommend Dent Wizard Ventures Ltd, especially Salem for any car alloy related work. I had a scratch on my front bumper which was being repaired. After I called to make the booking I got another scratch on the same bumper further along and thought that they would fix both at the same time. However they fixed the one which was booked but refused to fix the other. I'll have to call them out again to get that done! Doesn't make economic sense at all but I guess that's how they operate? The job itself was done fine.

Do not use this company. Never would use them again. I purchased a plan “Cosmetic repairs insurance” though a Volvo main dealer when buying a new car. Car Care Plan (The insurance company the plan is with) sent DWV to fix a stone chip on my car. The DWV technician caused over £2k worth of damage to my vehicle. Everyone I spoke to about the damaged agreed on the course of action required until the DWV, in my opinion, used a loop hole to wriggle out of paying the bill. After over a month and a huge amount of time off work the outcome was that the bill would only be partially paid by Car Care Plan and DWV. This left me around £1000 out of pocket and a brand new car that is a large amount of new parts. In my opinion avoid this company at all costs. It’s not worth risking making a claim. Just use the money you saved to send you car somewhere proper straight away.
