Unreliable delivery time

Unreliable delivery time. I had to buy a coughing syrup because I was sick and could not sleep at night, they promised next day delivery - which arrived 3 days later than promised. In the meanwhile i needed the product and could not have more sleepless night, went to see a doctor and got the prescription.
The biggest joke is, I had to send it back (becos i already bought another one to save myself due to late delivery), I was asked to pay for retour cost myself!! While the fault was not even becos of me! This is ridiculous and I know there will not be a next time I buy from this website.

thank you so much for taking the time to make a review. We are very sorry to hear the delivery of your parcel wasn't what we hoped it would be. We checked what happend with your parcel and we shipped the parcel on time but due to very busy warehouses at PostNL your delivery has been delayed a few times. We can imagine that isn't what you want when you have a cold. Our return policy says it's not possible to return free of charge from abroad. If you live near the border we can give you a freepost number.
We are very sorry for the inconvenience you have experienced.

De Online Drogist is our favourite webshop for medicines, vitamins and a variety of products. They are reliable, explain the ingredients of the product, benefits and dosage. Good pictures.
Discrete Packaging and shipping are excellent. We can also choose a delivery point.
We recommend this website!
