I ordered 3 items at 30/04/2022 who didn’t sent, after long times waiting when I request for refund I received an email because you want cancel your order you are suspicious and we should report you to the hot line ..
Finally after more than a year they sent only one item and they didn’t sent 2 reminder order, they didn’t sent refund too..look like they financial affairs for someone by fishing ..

Packaged neatly, delivered within a reasonable time frame (as expected given the delivery estimates on the website), and good pricing.

Don't shop here, terrible customer service. We waited 3 months and after numerous phone calls and excuses on why our good haven't been shipped they are now ignoring our calls and emails. Don't waste your time or money, this web shop is a scam.

In my opinion the bad reputation this business has garnered is unfair. My order was sent and delivered promptly. The chemicals I ordered were neatly packaged in proper containers with sds info and such on company branded labels. Nothing indicates that the main business model is scamming people. Seems more a case of a small business occasionally being overwhelmed by demand and getting the short end of the continuous supply chain disruptions and such.

NB Normally I check reviews before ordering somewhere for the first time but in this case I didn't. If I had I probably wouldn't have placed an order which would have been a shame. It's good to sometimes be reminded that online reviews do not necessarily reflect the experiences of the majority but may be dominated by a vocal minority. Give these people a chance :)

Ordered 3 weeks ago with (okay fair "estimated") 2 to 5 days delivery. Sent a message and a request for contact, they never responded. Should have read the reviews. Hope they respond to my mail and that they deliver or that I can get my money back.

Edit: Received an email on 01/12/2021 that they have missed my order and apologized for it. Now working with them for a solution. So they try to improve anyway. Month later after their; we will fix things mail never got a reply on that. So didn't manage to fix it by either sending the package or giving money back. Either poor management or a scam. Lost all faith they will fix it.

scam. You pay, then don't deliver and never answer any email nor phone call.
