Avoid avoid avoid. It’s a scam. I placed an order 5 weeks ago and only got on item out of 5. Zéro réponse from customer service which obvious doesn’t even exist. I am furious and mortified. I’ll try and expose them on the social networks.
Ok so now I’m the next one to have been scammed I suppose. I placed an order online and have not heard from them since. Not sure how I will get my money back?!
AVOID THIS COMPANY
Placed an order and paid extra for DPD next day courier delivery. 2 days later, no contact from company saying it has been sent, no delivery. No responses to emails, and there's no contact number. Will have to open a case with PayPal to get money back, I guess.
Cannot get hold of company. No emails work, the phone number is dead. As a consequence I cannot return an item. Avoid, avoid, avoid.
2 weeks off trying and no replies to anything. Would not trust.
Whilst my purchase arrived broken in pieces, I was in touch with Jacob C. from the Customer Care Team who was excellent.
He kept in touch with me (for months! Order made in july and eventually closed in october.
He proactively sent me emails and looked for the solution that would best fit my requirements.
He also very kindly sent me a smaller version of the item I had purchased.
Thank you very much Jacob, I am very happy with your assistance.
