Derails is my go-to independent retailer for most of my online model railway purchases. I find them excellent at responding to any queries or issues I may have and their prices are fair. My latest order was placed on the 14th Dec (Sat) and promptly dispatched first thing on the Monday morning arriving with me two days later with free delivery! My purchases are always dispatched promptly and packaged securely. I highly recommend Dan and his team.

Excellent customer service when I accidentally over ordered from the website. Well packaged and promptly delivered, plus great biscuits!

Excellent service - very friendly staff, on a previous order a note was included with my loco to say that they had checked it was a good runner. Always prompt and hassle free delivery. Used them multiple times and been happy every time - with larger purchases I've been delighted to even find complimentary biscuits (their biscuit budget must be that of a small nation state)....

If they stock the items I'm after, they are always my first port of call.

Yet again Derails have the most competitive prices for model railway items and for orders over £20 the postage is free! Not to mention the loyalty scheme where you get points and therefore money off future orders. Their communications are excellent giving information on the progress of your order and they are always friendly and helpful. I have just placed another order which is on its way.

Great service and prompt delivery, the website is superb easy to navigate and shows "live"stock as well as pre order items ,and even better you get a free small pack biscuits to eat with your brew while you study the latest purchase ,oh and they run a rewards scheme as well !! highly recommended .

Really great value for money with loyalty points and free postage. My order for a Hornby wagon was posted same day and very well packed.
