I ordered a diary which I had previously ordered from other companies 3 times and each company took my payment then later advised me the item was out of stock so I finally found it in stock with derbybridge , a week passed and I had not received my diary so I contacted their customer service team a very kind lady immediately responded that she would track my parcel to find out where it was after doing so she found out the courier had lost the parcel so she arranged for a new diary to be sent out to me straight away , she was so helpful I've never had customer service like it , sometimes uncontrollable things happen but luckily I had bought from such a good company they were more than happy to put it right for me I wish every company had customer services like derbybridge it'd make life so much easier and more pleasurable to shop with . Thank you derbybridge for going above & beyond I really do appreciate it .

I ordered a kneeling chair on the 29th which was due to arrive in 2 or 3 days' time. It arrived two days later in perfect condition. Job done! Very easy process and no annoying hidden charges when you get to the checkout - and I like their eco ethics! I will definitely be using this company again.

Derbybridge were unable to delivery the printer that I ordered within, what they regarded to be, a reasonable timeframe, so they offered me a free upgrade. This printer was then delivered next day. Debbie, from their customer care team, kept me fully informed throughout. So refreshing to receive a proactive and personal service in these days of automated call centres! All this with competitive pricing means that this company should be top of your list.

Great company to do business with. Super fast delivery, Great Comms, and Great price. Not sure how they did item so cheap (Canon pixma printer £40 cheaper than anywhere else, and I searched the net big time) Recommend AAA
