Beware of this company and avoid it if you don't want to lose your money
0 star if possible, this was a big shame.
Our experience with this rental agency was extremely disappointing and fell far below what we consider acceptable professional standards.
After paying a substantial amount upfront, we were given access to the property and found it in a condition that, in our view, did not meet basic expectations for safety, cleanliness, and habitability. The number and seriousness of the issues made it impossible for us to proceed with the tenancy.
We raised these concerns immediately and sought to annul the agreement. Despite involving a mediator, the response we received was, in our experience, dismissive and uncooperative. The process was unnecessarily difficult, and only a limited portion of the funds paid was returned, even though we never made use of the property, but only to clean it.
Based on our experience, we strongly advise prospective tenants to exercise caution: thoroughly inspect any property before making payments, ensure all agreements and conditions are clearly documented, and be fully aware of your rights.
