the delivery was late for more than a week while the website said 1,2 days delivery. Even late delivery is acceptable if you guys communicate via email that your delivery is late due to certain reason.

Order arrived neatly and swiftly as well.
I'm loving the moisturiser I bought there and looking forward to buying more skincare products from there as well.
No complaints, at least not yet. I hope there'll never be. Lol.

I enjoy using Dermaspace

I'm from another country, and I needed a specific product from a specific brand. I found it in DermaSpace, good price, so I ordered it. They say the shipping is in 1-3 days, and they sticked to it, I ordered it in a saturday afternoon and received it wednesday morning. But that's the minimum I would expect from any store. What I really loved is that the product was carefully packaged, included some samples of other products, and a handwritten "thank you for your purchase" note. It's quite simple, but yet it made me feel like they really care, even when it was a small purchase. The attention to details got me and I would definitely shop there again!

If they remove all these sheet masks to bring the price down and start distributing the box every month would make them perfect.

The best customer service and shopping experience ever! I always buy my Korean skincare from Dermaspace and have had the best experience every single time I purchase. The team are so helpful and if you have any questions or issues with your order they give fantastic customer service, and they always fix any problems you might have and are there to help.

The samples you receive in each purchase are really nice too, and I enjoy seeing each time what has been included in my order :)

If you have a product you want to try but can't find it on the website - let the Dermaspace team know! There was a cleanser I couldn't find anywhere (Neogen Blueberry foam wash) and I wrote to the team if they might have it in stock sometime.... they hadn't planned to order this, but because I asked they made an order for the item - excellent customer service! The best experience every time, I highly recommend this store and the lovely team behind Dermaspace.

I don’t know if derma space or postnord is responsible for this but when I ordered from this company the first order didn’t even arrive. They told me they would send a new one but that got lost as well. They sent a new one and when it finally arrived it was the wrong product. I even checked the paper I got in the package, and it said that I was supposed to get the product I ordered. So it wasn’t my fault that I got the wrong product. And in the package there wasn’t even an return paper. So I couldn’t even return it. I got tired of it all and decided to just keep the product I got even tho this company took the same amount of money from me when the product I got was smaller then the one I payed for.

So happy about my purchase!
It arrived in a nice and steady box. And even had samples inside! So generous and cute service! Can’t wait to try all of these products!

Fantastic shop for anyone, who loves Korean skincare products. Good selection, competitive prices and great customer care. Very happy with my order and placed a second one straight after!

I ordered the soonjung 2x barrier intensive cream, it arrived within three days (to sweden) and I got handwritten note and a bunch of free samples along with my order. One of which was the Purito oil cleanser which I had been meaning to try, so all in all, quite happy with my purchase.

Making the purchase was relatively easy and received my package in a decent length of time. The website did not automatically calculate the amount of the purchase in my local currency so that could be addressed.
I have only been using the product for 2 weeks so I cannot comment too much on the results apart from the way silky way it makes my (combination- oil & dehydrated) skin feel on application.

I’ve bought several products from here, and haven’t had any problems nor difficulties. The delivery and customer service is excellent. It’s a heaven for skin care enthusiasts🥰
