Really good. Does not break the lead on coloured pencils
A great little pencil sharpener especially with the option of different size pencils
Just what I was needing for use with coloured pencils, and reasonably priced.
I use this particulsr sharpener all the time, I wouldn't be without it! I have tecommened it to all my friends.
I find it hard to get the pencil out and stop the mechanism. No good for my pastel pencils, but OK for harder pencils.

We are sorry to hear you are not happy with this sharpener. Pastel pencils should only be used with a pastel pencil sharpener as they are too soft for something generic like this product.

I could not give this product the highest rating because it often breaks off the point of my art pencils. And then the point gets stuck in the tip of the blade. It's too bad your manually operated sharpener does not accept 9mm pencils as the box and the instruction manual indicate.
