This was a crimbo present for my partner who has been using these pencils for some time and had started to collect the new shades you brought out. She immediately got all her pencils and started to make colour swatches to see which went best together, she is VERY happy with the gift/

Beautiful pencils, the new range of colours are perfect and they’re lovely to use.
A great set of coloured pencils for nature and animal art. I absolutely love this range, and I hope it keeps expanding. I have used them in my animal art as they provide an excellent texture for animal fur and skin.

The colours are all beautiful with a smooth laydown. I would have given 5 stars except the build quality of the wooden barrels are not great on more than half the pencils. The wood snatches and splinters rather than sharpening smoothly (it's not my sharpener). I also had to contact Derwent to replace 4 pencils that were shattered inside, which they replaced immediately with great customer service. A little disappointing considering the price. That said, I love the full set of 72. The colour curation is exquisite, I would still highly recommend them and will certainly be buying replacements as the many favourites wear out!

Expanded
I've always been a fan of the 24 set of Derwent Drawing pencils so I was delighted to hear they'd expanded the set to 72 pencils. The smoothness of the pencil makes them an absolute joy to work with and the expanded range really has delivered an excellent product, especially when used in partnership with Derwent's Lightfast range.
Beautiful pencils to use, buttery smooth with a super range of hues. So pleased with the extended range😊
